Bright ‘n Green

This place looks really appealing to viewers eyes, but that’s all to it. From the moment you buy into the looks you are in trouble. I’m recent tenant that moved out of the place. During the entire stay which was a bit less than a year I had to deal with all kinds of issues. The experimental geothermal heating and cooling simply don’t work. In the summer the temperature would not go below 80 degrease, and in the winter you have 6 minutes until you run out of hot water. In addition poor architectural design putting the water heating thermal collectors which are made of glass down below the declining solar panels resulted in 14 of those breaking from the falling snow in the winter. Stay away of this property to save yourself a headache.
