Bathroom is out of order. i had to repeat my order 3 times because the cashier wasnt paying attention to what i was saying. nothing but attitudes here

Stoped for a quick bite this location was under construction no one wiped the tables no one’s cleaning it was so dirty

Came on a Saturday, out shopping with my sisters decided to stop for a quick bite. I really dislike Burger King in general but gave this one a chance due to my sister’s advice. The wait was outrageous. What normally would take like 10 or 15 min at a McDonald took about 30 to 40 mins. I would have expected to wait this long if the restaurant was crowded but that was not an excuse. They were just disorganized and slow.
When the food finally came out the fries was cold and bland. The chicken sandwiches had absolutely no taste … smh a complete disappointment.

absolument immonde, je me faisais un plaisir de déjeuner chez BURGER KING ayant un très bon souvenir de leurs sandwichs Parisien, UNE HONTE, sale, mauvais et quelques doutes sur la fraîcheur des produits consommé, j’ai été malade toute la nuit suivante, un“bordel” immonde règne a gauche de la caisse avec des traces douteuses qui né datent pas du jour.

One of my best friends came into town on monday, we went out shopping downtown, and ended up all the way down on flatbush ave. after much debating we finally decided to not go further down the stretch and just go over to BK, i couldn’t decide so I just ordered that new steakhouse burger big mistake, the price said on the board $ 6.99 when i got the receipt it said $ 7.39+tax=$ 8.03, normally i would just demand my money back because of false advertisement, but fortunately for them i was feeling quite famished, downstairs was clean but crowded, and very very noisy so we went upstairs instead, sat down to eat and couldn’t help but notice how dirty this place really was, heck even rodents would be quite ashamed to live in this dump, the male bath was out of order which was to be expected of course, so i could wash my hands before eating, but the waste part about this experience was that, my burger looked. tasted and smelled noting like the hype was made out to be, in fact it smelled like 10 days old dead fish, my friend ordered a fish sandwich ironically and her stuff smelled way better than that garbage, there were only like 5 tiny pieces of bacon, none of that white sauce/​lettuce/​tomatoes/​onions thats been seen so many times on the tv and that A1 sauce was absolutely dreadful, flies all over the place, now this really saddens and pains because i always preferred BK over McDonald’s although they both suck, the wait was quite long as well, you know the saying that the longer the wait the more tastier the food, wrong i give this place with relative ease two thumbs down, and thats being quite generous on my behalf, now yes perhaps this incident was just yet another isolated case but i definitely dont recommend this spot even during a case of severe hunger i’d much rather drop dead
