Came by here a few months ago being that it was one of the newest stores around my way.
Not too much to say about Burlington. Pretty much a basic Wholesale clearance kind of store that sells more than coats but specializes in well… coats. Nothing really more or less to say about it than that. So I’ll just leave it at that.

Not very organized and there is hardly ever anyone around to ask a question to. Thankful that there is an escalator that takes you to the top of the store. The top of the doors in the dressing room were filled with loads of dust… I have never seen anything like that in my look. Good grief, clean the place.

Called for a merchandise locator first time the associate picked up saying hello like it was her personal phone, once she realized I was a customer she said «oh sorry what where you looking for» I told her I was left on hold for like 6 mins. Called again I was on hold for about 2 mins until it sound like someone picked up and hung up.

Ok I must start with I have never been a fan of Burlington coat factory. However I figured this being a new location maybe it will entice me to be a regular patron… well it didn’t.
I wasn’t expecting anything so the bar wasn’t set high. It just did nothing for me. Staff walking around aimlessly and not one person asked if they could help me. Oh wait I lied the security guard standing at the entrance who is staring at cameras all day as part of loss prevention

Great customer service!!! I can tell it’s one of the new stores here in this mall. There are employees available at every turn. You can’t possibly go wrong with that!!!
