I visit Buzz because they sell soda stream canisters and they are relatively nearby. I haven’t had any issue with their customer support. I’d say the only difficulty is finding parking, which is why I prefer to take a bike or skateboard.

I called to check if they might sell a kindle wire since somehow i lost mine. Staff was extremely rude and I proceeded to asked if they had a USB to micro usb wire (which is basically the kindle wire, seems like the staff didn’t know anything) He just said yes. I politely said thanks and I’ll swing by within 5 mins since i live close by, He just hangs up? no thanks? anything else he can help me with? what was his name if i stopped by ?
Just stay away from this place,
1. Horrible customer service
2. Staff doesn’t know products
3. Rude as f*ck*
I didn’t even go get the wire, i rather just support another business.

They usually have what I’m looking for here, although their checkout process is a little confusing (which is why I’m subtracting one star). First you take your products to a «pre-​checkout» counter, and then over to the cash register to pay. Why? I have no idea.
In the past year I’ve purchased a food processor, a set of silverware, a hot water urn and various kitchen utensils. I love that the Buzz has a huge selection of chef quality products and an on site mikvah keli for things that need to be toiveled.

And to top it off the service is almost as good as a Brooklyn post office.
