Stopped here without reading any reviews and they have the best quesadillas. And a great location.

The quesadilla was pretty average considering the special ingredients. Great however if you are in a bind like I was trying to get food before the SyFy movie began… but the fact that there was a short line kinda tells you it’s pretty average

After gawking at the incredible LONG line infront Grimaldi’s.I walked down to the pier and stumbled upon Buzzito. It’s basically a giant quesadilla with a heaping portion of filling. I got the chicken one and it was packed with flavor. I ate the entire thing but didn’t feel totally greased out the rest of the day.

Quesadillas, lobster rolls, beers/margaritas/pina coladas, brooklyn ice cream factory, all combined with a killer view? Best way to spend a nice Brooklyn Saturday, if you ask me.

I think this place is only open on weekends– Friday-Sunday. Its a cute Mexican organic, gourmet quesadilla cart. Yeah sounds a little weird right? It’s not one of your taco trucks in Red Hook, but could taste just as friendly and good– and very fresh! I had the Vegetarian Buzzito– pre packed with carmelized onions, poblano peppers, sweet red peppers, sauteed mushrooms, russet potatoe, squash and cheese– and I was quite impressed! It’s a great meal to have while youre waiting for the boat to Governor’s Island. It takes approximately 5 – 10 minutes to heat up the burrito. They make it in the back, bring it out, and toast all sides of the tortilla.
