Delicious food and great atmosphere! The owners are always so kind and welcoming. It’s truly a pleasure to eat here.

Great food, ok atmosphere. Not sure why anyone would want to enjoy their meal and sit right near a bathroom or a dish station. Last time I went their all my dishes were dirty so had then change it all. But besides for that issue the food happens to be really good and the waiters are very knowledgeable.

People this place is the real deal. I’m talking about great pizza, salads and pasta dishes. Also, don’t get me started on the deserts they are absolutely awesome. I’d recommend this place to anybody looking for great fine kosher dairy food.

Great dairy restaurant that’s reasonably priced. Really nice selection — fish entrees, pizza, pasta, salads, even sushi rolls. Excellent service. I’ve never been disappointed.

A very nice café and restaurant, it supposedly looks fancy, however it is very competitively costly, they are too overpriced in Brooklyn especially, however there quality of the food and customer service is worth it.

This is our go to place for a nice dairy meal. Excellent food, service, and just plain comfortable ! This time our children took us out for our anniversary. Our large group had almost every appetizer, pizza, fish main dishes, and pastas. Everything was on point on time and delicious. And this was a Saturday nite with lines out the door !

We got the grouper the jalapeño peppers a really good too. Fried mozzarella cubes were a great appetizer since that were also sautéed vegetables inside. The service is superb the waiters a really nice and clean cut.

This place never fails me. Whenever I come here, I have great service and delicious food. I wouldn’t suggest the pizza though, I found it to be from the lesser of the good on the menu. The sushi is very fresh. The fish options are all excellent. The servers are friendly and nice. The vibe of the place is very relaxed and rarely is the place too crowded.

The food here is pretty good. The pizza is great and so are the salads. I love the Mediterranean pizza with za’tar and the margarita too. My favorite salad is the argula salad with feta cheese and zuchinnis. The service here is really not that good. The tip is always included in the bill, and often times you will see waiters just standing around. I’ve never had bad service here, but I rarely have good service here too. Even so, it is usually packed on a Saturday night. The food is consistently good, the service consistently lacking.

Food was ok, nothing special. Service was terrible, the waiter never came to our table to ask us if we needed anything else or if we were okay. Would come here again just because it is not overpriced and the food came out quickly.

This place has been my favorite Kosher restaurant in Brooklyn for years. Everything I’ve ever ordered has always been excellent and I truly mean that. Try the L&B style pizza and their spin on Greek salad and I promise you’ll be hooked! Try not to come right after Shabbat, it gets pretty crazy. Other than that, great location, great service. Love, love, love.

I’ve been there a few times over the years, and it seems that this place has gone downhill. It is still very popular, and we had to stand and wait for a table to free up. It is way overcrowded with people being seated on top of each other. You can’t have a private conversation there without including 6 – 10 other people from adjacent tables in it on a busy night. The prices are high. The food used to be good, but lately, it was just plain terrible, undercooked and cold. They need to work quickly to serve a big crowd, and this makes the food quality just terrible.

We just threw my grandmother’s 80th birthday party here. It was lovely. Good service, reasonable price, good venue for a party with a separate but not isolated party area. The food is consistently good– pizza, pasta, salads, and fish entries.(They also serve sushi and soup but we skipped that for the party menu.) The desserts are a little more institutional, nothing too exciting but also reliably good, which is what you look for when feeding a crowd. I have long considered this a great place to go for a lunch with family. I was very happy to give them the business of my party and my family was not disappointed.

Looove Café Renaissance. I went to kosher restaurants before and i can tell you this one is a good one. the service is good and the food is yummy:) It is a dairy restaurant(no meat) and everything, from the salads to the desserts is tasty.

One of the best kosher restaurants I have been to in Brooklyn, very very very good food. The mozzarella basket is delicious!!! The only thing that I don’t like here are the prices it’s def not cheap.

A new Kosher Italian restaurant opened a few weeks ago, and I decided to give it a shot today. The place looks absolutely beautiful, but I chose to get an online order. You can go to their site, order what you want, throw it into the basket, and then choose your delivery time. You can pay with your debit or credit card on the site, or cash when the guy shows up. I chose the try out the Renaissance Pizza(Sesame crust pizza with mushrooms, red onion, mozzarella, and light tomato sauce.) While it was tasty… it did not blow my mind, and honestly after growing up in NY and living now in Brooklyn, pizza is an art form. So when you get anything less you go into«pizza snob» mode. It was a tad salty, but overall it was devoured, and the sesame seed crust was pretty delicious. For dessert, I had a big slice of chocolate cake. It was damn good, and probably earned this place its 3rd star. The layers of chocolate and whipped cream were so delicious. I will try Café Renaissance again, but next time I will pass on the pizza. It is a kosher joint, and it has no beef or chicken on the menu. But they have wraps, sushi, pastas and salads.
