I have been going here for the last two years and always come out feeling good about the way my cut looks! Very LGBTQ friendly, which for those masculine of center folks looking to get a barber that is a rarity!

I am a new and VEERRRY pleased customer. Khane is not only professional, she is extremely friendly. Her space clean and comfortable. I have alopecia on the sides and nape of my neck and Khane is the ONLY barber who has made me feel better about my condition… i recommend everyone sit in her chair at least once!!!

There is nothing better for your head and your soul other than a haircut from khane! Like hands down the best person to ever touch my head! I hate to have to go to anyone else and it mean that whole heartedly. It is also a spiritual experience when khane cuts your hair. Your hair grows different it feels different! Everything is perfect in that space! Design work is bananas! If you want a grade A haircut and in the Brooklyn area go straight to khane and look no where else! This is my barber soulmate! Lol!

Khane Kutzwell is talented, skillful, & professional. I am happy to have finally found a barber that I click with & gives me the cut that I pictured in my head. With +5yrs of experience in the field Khane is versatile in cutting & styling all types of hair. I would highly recommend this business. Relaxing enviroment & space to be you. I even got offered water & was given a charger to give my phone a charge. Hospitality is a big deal to me… clearly.

Khane has been cutting my hair since 2008 and I’ve loved every single cut that she’s done. Her chair is a very comfortable place to be and I see no reason to change that. She’s incredibly talented and creative and her designs continuously evolve. Plus, she’s an awesome person!!!

AMAZING! When I flew back to NY for the first time in about 6 years I made sure I already had an appointment with Khane. I have been following Khane on FB for at least a year and was always impressed with the cuts photographed online and customers always raved. I went in for a clean box cut and a fade and walked out with neater brows and beautifully sculptured side burns. What a shame I had to skip over Oakland, CA to finally get the cut I wanted — that makes me sad. Fortunately, I’ll get to see Khane again in August, after that I may just have to let it grow until next year! :-) Oh, and really great conversation too, which did not start until I started talking, which can be great for shy or private folks and it was REAL, just the way I like it! Thanks Khane, See you ASAP!!!

Khane was the one who cut my locs off after 15 years of growing them. Sometimes you are just ready for a new path, and I had to choose someone I thought would understand that, as well as be creative, and sensitive to my decision. I’m glad I followed my mind and picked Camera Ready Kutz. Camera Ready Kutz is special, such a great vibe, & the artistry fascinates me. Everyone has the cut they ‘need’, no one looks ridiculous, no matter what designs, what style, or what gender. I’ve been there only twice, and the space feels like cousin’s spot, or Mrs So & So’s house, or homegurl round the corner. I adore the creativity and how it flows along along with the utmost professionalism. I especially love the lil doggie, Penny, and the kitty, Magic, who compete for my neck rubs; how adorable they are, as they watch the clients, and shift positions on Kane Kommand. lol. People ask me why i went to Brooklyn from Jersey City to get my hair cut. Weirdly it feels like more than that. I leave with something extra, emotionally, like after visiting a spa. Also, I bought Euphoric Scents incense which fills my home with aura nice-nice. Second time I got a lavender oil for checking in through foursquare. One day when I’m feeling daring, I’ll get a funky original design etched into my haircut, but even with what I get done, it still feels original.
