Brought in a busted luck, they took one look and got me a new one. Nice store, good people but a little of of the way. Still worth it.

I am so disappointed and disqusted with the customer service i have recieved from this business. I called them just 5 days ago to get an estimate on a piece of protective glass for my brand new dining table, they sent a man «jose“to measure my table 20 min later with butcher block paper and a pencil to create a pattern for the measurement. even with my doubt he assured me all is perfect so it wasnt until a whole day passed i called them to cancel my order cause of my gut feeling to remeasure the table, i recieve no reply only a call the following morning that the glass is to be delivered, thinking i just might be crazy i accepted delivery. .the men propped the heavy glass on the edge of my table and they dragged ot around significantly enough to scratch and scuff the surface to hide his measuring mistakes… and oooh boy were there plenty! I kicked him out of my house and demanded he take the glass back as he struggled to pocket my signed cc reciept, at that point i ripped them up as he attempted to take torn pieces back from me, i contacted i believe «mike» and of course never got called backed or listened too for that matter over the damage his men caused, after sending him numerous emails of photos time stamped before and after and enough evidence to seal my case in court he insists im trying to scam him… for a table. im saddended he chose to have a screaming match with me today instead of accepting my invitation to survey the damage and proof himself. I tried my best to obtain police reports to help me in small claims court but i now just feel the effort is better spent warning consumers rather than attempting to collect monies for years. im frustrated as heck they can get away with damageing my table thus voiding my warranty, but i am satisfied if this review of their business ethics helps at least one person not buy glass from them for your wood table!

I’m happy we came here to get our new Sony radio w/​AV and CD player, it’s also hi-​def. I called on Tuesday asking if they can install one for our Chevy Astro, which is usually a difficult thing due to the fact that the default stereo install is much bigger than a regular stereo for a car. Other places usually charge for the bracketing kit that makes the radio fit, but not Canarsie Glass & Lock, they included it in the price and installation. I was really surprised to see the price of everything because it cost about the same for a car radio you would buy at an electronics store without the installation or the bracket.
We came in on Saturday morning. I spent well under $ 300.00 and our van was ready in less than 2 hours.
