I liked this place until yesterday.
Finding a hair in your ice cream will make you gag, swear and want to punch someone.
Yeah… I will pass!!! I prefer not to eat hair with ice cream. Beyond Gross!!!

Good spot to go after work in the area. They have specials on wednesdays i think, buy one get one half.

Convenient location for me to go to.
Nothing special about the ice cream and don’t expect anything top notch from this Carvel.
When I go to this Carvel sometimes I wonder if anybody is working there because when I walk in I never see anybody behind the counters until I call for someone.
Sometimes I can hear myself talk.

Easy to go to spot for some ice cream, but don’t expect anything top notch.
Small store with a walkway through the middle and displays of ice cream on the sides from sandwiches to cakes. Small set of seats by the front window so don’t expect to bring a number of people to sit around.
The worker present was okay, he scooped up what I wanted while maintaining his conversation with this friends. No complaints since he didn’t mess up anything.
Paid and tried to enjoy the ice cream but there was some ice in it. Didn’t expect it, but shows the ice cream buckets’ temperatures aren’t really attended to.
So far, the ice cream cakes haven’t failed me. Always love the vanilla, chocolate, and chocolate crunchies between the layers. I give 4 stars because this place is easily accessible from the bus and subway stop to pick up some quick ice cream.

The service is very friendly. However, the ice cream had some ice in it. It felt like it was over freezed and not fresh. I don’t want to have to crunch ice cubes in my mouth when tasting ice cream.
