Really awesome dentist! I was really surprised by how young he is, but everyone in the office was very friendly and professional and the cleaning was very quick but efficient. I didn’t feel rushed at all and he was walking me through everything he was doing the entire time without making me feel belittled. The only thing I would like to comment on is that I wish they would’ve requested I removed my glasses at the beginning of the cleaning because they ended up quite wet afterwards. Also, during the cleaning I got some of the mist up my nose at one point. Regardless, he didn’t pressure me into getting my wisdom teeth removed which I was really happy about because most dentists are really into making money no matter what.

I went in for a basic cleaning and was told I had a cavity that needed filled. I didn’t have any pain or sensitivity at all when I went in initially, but I allowed her to do the filing. The next day I starting having pain and extreme sensitivity on the tooth that was filled. I went back in to see what was wrong and was told that maybe there was an air bubble in my filling and that she needed to redo the filling, so I let her redo it. The next day the pain and extreme sensitivity was still there but now it was worse. So again I went in and she suggested that I needed a medicated filling so I let her do that. The medicated filling was supposed to repair the pain and I needed to come back yet again to have the medicated filling removed and replaced with a regular filling. So I went back a FOURTH time to have the filling done yet again. The next day the pain was even worse than it has ever been, and NOW I CANT EAT OR DRINK ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY MOUTH at all. 4 fillings on the same tooth and I am way worse off than the first time I went in. Lastly, the dentist has a tv on in the actual exam room and at one point I had to actually ask her to stop watching the tv while she was working inside my mouth! I will never go back here.

They took me in as emergency. I was numbed beyond numbed… The office looks ok very small in an old blg but the equipment looked new. Dr. Charles is a woman. I was looking for a man. Lol. But after the visit I felt better. I have another visit August 7^th.

Dr Chang and staff were extremely professional and thorough. I was given an appointment and was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival to her office.
She spoke to me about my treatment options and allowed me to see the process on the TV monitor. She took her time to reassure me, and made me feel very comfortable while I was in a lot of pain. I definitely recommend this dentist.

Our whole family goes to this dentist! He’s the best. Prices are reasonable and the staff is great.
Definitely advise to call ahead and make an appointment first. I had 2 root canals, 2 crowns, whitening and cleaning done so far. All painless and efficient.
My husband has also had a lot done, including a molar implant. Now my kids are going there for their dental care too. Of course they were scared at first, but after their initial visit, their fears are completely gone! Now they enjoy going to their dentist. Just for good measure, the kids were 10 and 9 when they started.
