6 years as a chase customer and this is the worst Chase branch I’ve been to. Not sure how the Manager became a manager. Sits in the teller booth chatting away as customers are sitting around for service. Has no customer service experience and keeps repeating herself. Horrible service.

Good branch, plenty of clerks, everyone is always ready to help and assist, they are very customer service oriented. I have been to this location plenty of times and everyone always has a smile.
One of my last experiences I had was to replace my debit card as it was giving me an issue, whenever i would go to DD or a Gas station it would show as card declined, saw the commercial on how they replace cards on the spot. Sat down with one of the bankers and within 5 mins there I had it, new card without any hassle whatsoever. Very impressed on how this branch in particular does business, keep up the awesome job.
