I waited here since 3pm, it’s 4:30 and I was not seen by a customer service representative! I wanted to open an account. The representatives are a joke. I will never open an account with chase.

Two stars is generous. No compassion or regard for customers. Sureit inly takes 1 – 2 representatives to spoil it for everyonebut unfortunately those 1 – 2 people were the only people working today

It’s a regular bank, the inside service is slow but one Sunday morning while going to the ATM, there seems to be a guy sleeping on the floor charging his cell phone! Only in New York! :-)
