Very helpful staff but they need more employees working there. All systems are highly updated and lines move fast thank god. Also very convenient location. They will work with you if you lost both your ID and debit card!

Im here to handle a serious matter && these employees are more focused on their personal lives then getting their job done. I been waiting for 25 mins already. Honestly they need to hire new people. Nobody cares if u have a baby shower commin up or that u had to take 2 buses to work. No1 cares –_​_​– only reason im even here is because this is an emergency. Never again will I come here!

Rude, incompetent, unprofessional. Stand around for a banker, have no one around to even ask for help besides a gaggle of banker broads hanging out amongst themselves. Finally, one of them hollas (really) «you gotta sign in ova hea, you isn’t supposed to stand ova thea.» oh, really? Had no idea. And now you’re going to charge me fees to write a certified check and obtain a bank statement? Shall I pay a fee for breathing your air as well? Even the wall st branch waives those fees. Don’t bother with this place, keep your money in a shoebox.

Don’t go to This Chase on snow days. They don’t believe in shoveling snow or opening on time. All that money they make and they can’t hire somebody to shovel. Almost busted my ass getting to the ATM machine
