Came in and got my free burrito bowl. I’ve personally never had an issue with chipotles food so it was good like usual. Me and my fiancé both got a bowl and enjoyed them.

Worst Chipotle location. Consistently place online orders only to show up and wait to watch the end of the line pass in front of me while I wait 10+ minutes for my order that I placed over 45 minutes ago. I have complained multiple times to corporate, and although they take care of their customers, they have yet to do anything about the way this location operates. It’s a bummer because this is the nearest location to my house, but I will be traveling from now on to another location.

Horrible services, this girl was already putting a lid on my bowl when I’m not even done ordering -, — and when I asked for 2 cups of water(my dad and I ordered 2 bowls) the cashier gave me only one like forreal? Portion is small too compare to other chipotle places.

The service here is insanely slow. With as many people as they have working behind the counter you’d think it’d be fast. Guess again. Also one time we ordered 2 burrito bowls and they put the lid on half ass which in turn lead to it spilling everywhere on the ride home. We called to notify the manager of the issue and he gave us 48 hours to come back and get a replacement. Unfortunately we were not able to make it back.

I don’t want to give this 1 star! WORST. It is dirty. 1 employee with the neck tattoo was the rudest person I have ever seen in my life. I took my 2 boys today to this one. 1 of my boys it was his first time there, so I was asking him what he wanted on his, the neck tattoo girl stared at us, then said, «sauce what do you want» with attitude. I tell her, then get to the next item i said no sauce, 3rd item, both salsa, she puts it on the 2nd one with nothing. I said that had nothing, she smacks her lips and was huffing and puffing, i said ill take it just give me another steak bowl NO salsa. «So you want 4 bowls? God…» no 3… i was going to buy another one, but then she gets more attitude and i left. Never again will I go to this place… WORST service I have ever had. 1 employee out of all of them that were there had some sort of customer service. They have just lost another customer.

The slowest and dirtiest chipotle I have ever been to. Come here for work and every time(3 times). All different times of day… Soo slow. The line is longer than walmart lines. So many people working behind the counter and no one is happy or customer service oriented.

Absolutely love Chipotle but this location should be avoided at all costs. Terrible dirty trash or bathroom odor maybe combination of both greets you as you pass through the entrance. Looking into the food prep area its a complete mess so I am worried that my food will not be sanitary. Then what really compelled me to write a review is poor service to a customer in line near me. This customer in a very pleasant way asked the staff to remake his burrito so I looked to see why someone would ask that and saw a burrito the size of a mcdonalds breakfast burrito(it was tiny). The staff was very mean to him and was messing up other orders. I’m glad the customer asked for a new burrito and wish no one would ever be treated like that young man was tonight.

Typically a great meal, tonight was great but stale chips! This is the second time at this location that some part of meal is off, I hope they get it together.

Service was terrible! It was lunchtime(1:30) and there were at least 3 people doing nothing to help get customers through the line. The woman making the burritos was constantly filling the containers even while the other two on the line weren’t busy. The line was deep into the restaurant but that didn’t matter to her I guess. The manager was wandering in and out of the kitchen but didn’t seem to be bothered about the line. There was even a woman wiping down the serving area while the line was backed up and moving incredibly slowly. I would give it two stars but the chips were good.

One of my least favorite locations of Chipotle. I waited at least 5 minutes, maybe more, before someone finally asked for my order and the guy was standing right in front of me, staring at his coworker. They’re serving line is so unorganized, at least one or two of them kept walking away randomly and left other customers and myself waiting to finish our orders. I’ve had my fair share of Chipotle so I feel that I’m pretty accustomed to how they serve the food just like everyone and anyone who’s been to Chipotle. There was such a disconnect with the employees from beginning to end of the ordering process. It extremely slows down the overall service. When I finally reached the register to pay, there was no one there. 5 minutes later, an employee was rushing to the register from behind me… where was she in the first place? There’s already a long line forming. The food, I love, no questions ask. I switch it up between chicken and steak every now and then, and the rest is my usual add ons. The portions they give at this location, on the other hand, is debatable. When I received my burrito bowl, I wondered if there was even anything in it because it was so light, I almost though it was empty. I ate half of my order and saved the rest for my boyfriend. Even he was wondering why I bothered saving the rest, I probably could’ve polished it off myself because there was so little. It’s a little disappointing since the location is great to hit up after going to the gym. I’ll probably order ahead next time, if I’m not feeling the drive to the Parmatown location. Chipotle is great and all, but it wouldn’t hurt to be a little more organized and give a little more. It could increase the speed of service and make customers a little happier. I’m obviously not the only one who’s experienced this since I’m reading about similar situations in other reviews.

I was nervous about coming to this Chipotle because of the other reviews about their slowness… I’m on my lunch hour and don’t have spare time to burn. I must have gotten lucky though… today is a Wednesday at 11:45am, and they have 6 people(I took a picture!) working the burrito counter! I got through an 11 person line in 4 minutes. Wow. Food was good… Fresh, hot and filling. A little skimpy on the cheese… I had to ask for more cheese 2 times, but the girl added more when I asked. Wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.

THEWORST Chipotle I have ever been to. Typically, if I arrive at a Chipotle and am the 8th or 10th person in line I don’t worry much about it because I know the line moves fast enough that I’ll be ordering my burrito bowl within a reasonable time frame. But at this location, if I am even the 3rd in line there is a guaranteed wait of at least 10 mins. How? I have no idea! The staff moves nonchalantly, taking the time to stop for conversation in between tasks. You’ll be in the middle of ordering your food and the employee in front of you will turn around and whisper to someone at a different station, casually making conversation on between tasks. And then when they turn back around you repeat yourself because they forgot part of your order! Really, the worst service ever.

Food is great but the serving area is a disaster! The female making burritos seems to be angry with life. Don’t think I will be visiting this location again.

As far as Chipotle goes, the food is the standard Chipotle taste here. The issue is the service. There is always a line. Always. And it is always long. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go, or what day it is. The line is ridiculous. There could be a mostly empty parking lot, and there is still a line. The staff at this location are consistently terrible. They are slow, they mess up online orders, they do not have online orders ready for pick up on time, or even close to the pick up time. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes after your pick up time. The rest room is always less-than-clean, and the drink fountain area is often out of forks and napkins.

I don’t know what it is but this Chipotle is very consistent with their taste… It always tastes good! I usually order the steak and out of all the Chipotles I have been to, it is very rare for me to get a steak burrito with a ton of fat pieces unlike the Chipotle in Parma where every bite was more of a bite of steak fat rather than any lean meat. The only reason why I gave this place a 3 star rating is because their bathroom is never as consistent as their food… Sometimes it makes me think twice about eating here because their bathroom is constantly dirty. But since the food is always good, I usually just ignore the dirty facility… I just hope and pray that their cooking utensils don’t match it. Anywho! I would highly recommend this Chipotle for great consistency of their taste! Ahh-mayyyy-zing!

Chipotle has grown on me. I used to not like the metallic flavor in their meat, but it is this very flavor that has addicted me. The only issue I have with this location is the wait. The line typically stretches through the restaurant so you get to stand next to people while they’re stuffing their faces. Isn’t that appealing? I’m sure they love to stare at peoples’ butts and guts too! It’s a long wait, but worth it. The food quality and taste at Chipotle is unsurpassed. The chicken burrito with brown rice, spicy salsa, quacomole, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream is delicious and very filling. I recently needed to fill up on carbs before my Pedal to the Point ride. A Chipotle burrito did the trick! This is the perfect meal before long bike rides. Just don’t eat too much hot sauce because you need to sit comfortably during long bike rides. You know what I’m saying? Gotta love this place.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Line is always 20 plus people long because the staff is so slow. My burrito bowl was thrown together with zero care. They were out of chips. I was going to eat in the restaurant but it was so dirty I left. I waited over 20 minutes in line. You can have your food at a regular restaurant in that time. This place sucks. I will be hitting Garfield or Rockside from now on.

Mmmm Chipotle. Every chipotle has that«corporation standard» feel to it. The stainless steel, burgundy red, modern aztecan artwork and all are set up with the same fashion. This Chipotle’s layout is super disorganized. When you first walk in, you’re immediately greeted with a line going perpendicular to you, and there’s also this weird curvy section that pretty much serves no realistic purpose. If you come here during a rush, you will be waiting in line in front of the door and standing right next to people eating. The food was alright, just tastes like the Chipotle standard. The steak was cooked a bit rarer than most Chipotles so if you like it that way you’ll find it tasty here!

First opportunity to blast a chain restaurant. if Chipotle has ever established quality momentum they have scorched the carnitas masses. I recall when Chipotle first busted with their carefully marketed circuits. nearly everyone garnered praise for their approach. The popular suburban and polished urban lunch break. The times I have been to Chipotle I believe I am marginalized in a goofy focus group pyramid marketing scheme. This review is not at all targeted as I believe an overstuffed burrito when prepared correctly is one of the most desirable meals on earth. This location in Cleveland, Brooklyn draws venom. Saturday afternoon and polished new ‘popular urban’ music is far too loud. Songs with vaguely Spanish motifs spiked with some modern sterile recording punch together with new slinky pogo rock, far too loud. Chipotle seems to explicitly employ younger people so as to motivate you from any persuasion that their environment is anything but insufferably lame and contrived. I dislike them. This location has broad window view of Plain Dealer industrial printing facility. The view combined with atmosphere of restaurant makes a strange kind of awkward. Plain Dealer is basically in the dumps as a news source and the view made experience feel goofy. Reliably the Tiedeman Keybank workforce and hotel visitors back up lines out the door. I do not understand how Chipotle at this stage of their business maturity can actually do so well. Their food at this location and many others has become less and less quality and they have steadily shifted increases with their prices. I recall when vegetable burrito was $ 4.75 and now $ 6.25(less than four years?) I could write more but why bother. Does anyone eat this food other than to feel bloated and fall asleep?
