A big fat ONE for bad attitude. Walked in to get my mom a bite to eat before heading to see her at the hospital… I walked in no one in the front then when she shows up… she asked me what i wanted to order as if she was doing me a favor… Lady please!!!

Racist Asian business. American people please don’t support this business. I ordered food and waited s very long time, mouth watering for dinner. A loud rude Asian employee said he’s not coming upstairs I said why and he could barely answer. I called the shop and was told by a lady that he might get robbed if he delivers my food. I was appalled. If you are afraid to support the Brooklyn community with delivery services perhaps you should state that on grub hub.
All black patrons and neighborhoods won’t set you up to be robbed of Chinese food. If that’s the case we should consider boycotting these businesses that love our money but are afraid of the people

So yesterday I dined in and my review was a 3 star the food was amazing but the service sucked. Today after wanting amazing food but not dealing with the nasty service I attempted to order what I had yesterday. Unfortunately if you do not dine in you cant have certain dishes. I ever offered to pay the extra money that the lady said it was and was told no. This place is so not accommodating. I really don’t see the problem or why they don’t want to make the money. Shame their food is so good and the service sucks.

I may order something that is not ordered regularly but I am disappointed almost every time. I have ordered from this place because it is close to my job. It is the worst and inconsistent. The food is undercooked and when you ask for a certain sauce they smile and say ok but give you something totally different. Extremely disappointed.

Today was my first time ordering from «Chopsticks» The food came earlier than expected. My meal was delicious but the delivery guy was a jerk. He wanted a cash tip when a tip was included in the order that I placed ONLINE. He pitched a fit when I wouldn’t give him extra cash. My order was close to $ 50. The restaurant needs to explain to their delivery guys that certain people add their tips to their online orders. And he was also rude on the phone. My boyfriend ended up cursing him out! So I wont be ordering from them anymore smh.

Worst! So here is what I like about Chinese food, healthy eating and great chicken. After two attempts in past two weeks can you believe I got?
Raw chicken. I am sure I will lose weight with a terrible stomach sickness but I would rather keep my extra pounds for a pound of cooked chicken.
Oh and explain this, if the chicken is uncooked then why did I wait a half hour for them to cook it? It’s like a riddle wrapped in an enigma that I am not interested in solving. I just won’t be returning. Did I forget to say Worst!

Just went there, the lady at the register the rudest person I’ve ever seen, she doesn’t understand what I’m asking, and it was simply 3 orders of ‘shrimp/​broccoli w/​vegetable fried rice ’ and 1 order of chicken wings with vegetable fried rice ‘, in the end I got 3 orders of chicken wings with Pork fried rice, and 1 shrimp broccoli with vegetable fried rice. Out of 4 orders I got 1 order right :(super disappointed

A few people at my job ordered food from here thinking that it was the same chopsticks in sheepshead bay. The food was terrible, everyone said they didn’t enjoy the food but I can only speak for myself. I ordered the general tso chicken with white rice and a can of ginger ale. I must say that the ginger ale was truly refreshing! The general tso chicken didn’t have any taste and it was very soggy. It was very disappointing.

This is my favorite restaurant. The service is always great. I love the wonton soup, the seafood steam dumpling. They serve it with a sweet sauce.

My church is nearby this take out and we often order from here when we have long days for rehearsals, practices or meetings. The food is fairly good, they deliver and the delivery guys are quite nice and friendly. Only one occurence when the food was not on point, but usually very good.

11−2−13 read reviews took a chance on this chinese food. ordered general tao, soggy no favor, order shrimp with broccoli, shrimp tasted frozen, only thing good was egg roll, they gave free lemonade tasted like and water no sugar, better off ordering chinese food in the the HOOD.

Went here with my sisters for a late night (fried food) attack.
We got some Fried Wings, French fries, and fried rice (did I say Fried food attack)… The food quality is first-​rate and the service is fast and friendly. This place is worth returning to when I go back to Brooklyn!

This place is not bad. A little more expensive than some of the «hood» restaurants but the food is good. My only complaint is that every time I ordered delivery, they ALWAYS forgot the eating utensils.
