CinqTech

I’m one of those people that know I should back up my stuff, and never do. So when my computer just shut down out of nowhere the other day, I was in full panic mode. I looked up the closest places that do IT repair and came across CinqTech. I am SO SO grateful to these guys now!!! When I called to tell them my problem, they sent a tech to pick up my computer right away. Just within a few hours later, the tech called to tell me that my computer had gotten a virus but that they were able to restore all my pictures and documents that I hadn’t backed up. (whew!) He also took his time to explain to me what I did wrong and how they were going to go about fixing the problem to prevent it from occurring again. So patient with me!!! I paid them with my cc over the phone and they reassured me that the computer would be all fixed and back in my hands by the next day. They weren’t lying. Not even 24hrs later, my computer was delivered back to me, up and running better than ever! I am so happy that my computer was fixed, but more so, I am truly impressed by the professionalism and the PATIENCE the tech had in explaining everything and answering my questions in ways so that I would understand him. I would highly recommend this company that ends up running into computer issues as I did!

Great little computer repair shop in the Canarsie area… After having months of trouble, my lap top computer screen finally went dark. I dropped off my lap top and received a call the next day that it was ready for pickup. Quick, friendly service and the cost wasn’t too bad.
