The only good thing about this financial institution is that I know this lady who opens bank accounts and she can solve problems after business hours. I sometimes ask her to wait for me even if they are closed so she waits till I arrive. I hate Citibank’s rules and regs, BAofA has less complicated ones but still If there is someone who can help you with certain issues then at least that will make you happy.

I’m disappointed in Citibank. What is the point to have a branch open if they cannot print checks? They cannot accept checks when machine is broken. That’s not the citibank I used to know.
