Terrible– very long waits for inexperienced Tellers. You have to come here make sure it’s only use the ATMs and then run out the door it’s really poor customer service

This has been my main branch for my primary accounts since it opened its doors and to be brutally honest I am only ever in here to get cash from the ATM’s more than to do anything at the teller windows. However, that being said, the tellers and staff around them are generally cordial and helpful. The upside is that all of the machines seem to work at all times that I have popped in. I am glad for the close to the homestead branch because when the ATM branch that was on 86th and 4th closed up, I had to deal with the Bay Ridge Parkway branch and I had a couple of bad experiences with snotty Investment «Advisors». Their attitude to me as a customer was reported to the higher ups but I didn’t want to go in there ever again. This is a fine branch and I hope it remains open for a long time. I cyber bank for the most part nowadays but sometimes you need the face.
