This place now offers free dry. Yay– wait hold the applause. They’ve compensated the costs by ripping customers off in the most disgusting way. Machines are SUPPOSED to wash the clothes with two rinses and a prewash. It «prewashes» then goes straight into washing. So they cut out 2 whole rinses. No one was told of this drastic change leaving people with clothes still full of soap which they had to wash again (without adding soap) to get their clothes properly cleaned. So that’s two fares paid. Rip off. Go somewhere else.
*popped in today (11⁄3) on my way to my new laundromat to see if anything changed. Spoke to staff. My first review still stands. Less washes in cycle for free dry. I was told that ‘months ago people came at night and opened the washers and changed them’. To my new laundromat I go.
