I’ve nicknamed this salon as my vacation spot. They are so professional and experts in their fields. They are super nice and make you as comfortable as possible. I can’t say enough nice things.

This is my second time coming here. The first time I came here I got a manicure and pedicure and it was a lovely experience. Esther is really nice and everyone else there is really nice and makes me feel very comfortable. I got another pedicure here today and a haircut from Jade for the first time. She was very professional and knew what she was doing, and she tailored the haircut to me as an individual according to what the shape of my head and face are. Throughout the whole process, we kept clear what my idea of the haircut I wanted was and she kept to that. I wanted to keep my length and add layers to give dimension to my hair and she did that for me without getting to scissor happy. Jade consistently told me what she was doing to my hair and how much she was cutting to make she wasn’t cutting too much. I really appreciate that because other places will do what they want to your hair regardless of what you say. She followed my wishes while still adding her own input and giving me a beautiful product. She took things slow with me to make sure I was satisfied. Although she took her time, the layers were very choppy after I washed my hair without the blowout. I’m glad she didn’t cut too much though and took her time. I will come back for mani and pedis.

I love that this salon is right near me and carries the Zoya Nail Polish line. I was very impressed with my mani/pedi and I’ll be going back for a massage and facial next visit!

Best customer service. Best facial treatment. Mani/pedi OK, color lasts pretty long time. They carry top of the line Zoya polish too. Best brow shaping(no more scary witch look). Overall great service for the $$.

Have been going to color arts spa for a couple of years now and I couldn’t be happier. Jade always gives me the best hair cut and takes her time explaining what and why she is going to do something. She always gives me different ways to style my hair and gives the best blowout. I also have my waxing done by Lina who is amazing and my pedicures done by Ester. Always have a wonderful experience and they make you feel welcome. After going there once they automatically remember you by your first name the next time you walk in. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.

I have been getting my hair cut by Jade for 8 years. I do something different with my hair almost every time I see her, and have had my hair short(buzzed in the back), all the way down to super long with her. I have loved every single style she has given me. I have also had facials, mani/pedis, and eyebrow shaping done here. I have always been happy with the results. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service.

$ 20 for mani-pedi and $ 10 on top for a 10-min foot massage. I had Esther for all treatments and she was friendly and cute. I can tell her English was minimal but she was friendly enough to ask if it was my first time there and what my name was. The foot massage was good and definitely worth the $ 10. She made sure I was comfortable with the pressure. The pedicure was basic, complete with a salt scrub. I liked the shape she cut and painted my mani. Overall, it was basic but an awesome deal! I plan on returning to try the gel mani($ 25) and possibly a brazilian wax($ 30 summer special) if I’m feeling brave enough to try a spot other than my usual.

My wife loves it here, i take her once a month and let her have a good time. She says the workers inside are some of the nicest she has ever encountered at a salon. She gets everything done from nails, toes to facials and their prices are very competitve. There are a bunch of salons in the area and my wife says to go here!

Overpriced for what you get. Jade highlighted and cut my hair. Very average, and the highlights were not light enough. 250 $ I used to get the same for 45 $ in Florida only better. Nice people though.

I went in for single process color two weeks ago and my gray roots are already showing. Not only that but I was soaked with water when my hair was washed. It was mostly empty during my two hours there and now I know why!!!

I have VERY mixed reviews on this place. A little about me(aka, my hair) — color treated, has been box dyed, highlighted, had every color in the book, including brown, red, auburn, pruple(that was a mistake), blonde, and jet black. It’s dry, frizzy, and I havent seen my natural color in years. I went to Color Arts Salon with a medium reddish brown hair looking to get caramel colored highlights for an overall LIGHTER look. I thought, doable, 2 hrs max and it’s been done before. 1. My appointment was scheduled for 2. Jade started my consulation at 2:45. What is this, a dentist appt? Why so late? The place wasn’t even packed. 2. After studying my hair for a half hour, she decided it would take NOT2, but THREE processes to produce my desired look. She kept saying«trust me, trust me» and so, seeing as she’s the trained hair colorist and I’m not, I did trust her. 3. After bleaching out the dark spots, she then had her assistant apply DARKCHOCOLATEBROWN dye on my head. I know my hair. I knew that dark choc. brown dye will appear almost BLACK on hair that is porous and very processed. I knew this, she should have too. 4. Surprise! My hair is now almost jet black. How were they going to put caramel highlights on this witchy mess and have it look natural? Even Jade and company were in shock when they saw how dark my hair came out. I went to the bathroom and started choking back tears. 5. Out of bathroom. Time: 4:30pm. I’ve now been there for 2.5 hours and I’m not even close to finished and my hair looks worse than when I walked in. Once again, they try to convince me it would come out«pretty». Pretty is great — I like pretty. But it wasn’t going to be the color that I wanted. 4. When all is done, my hair is a dark brown with caramel highlights that are barely noticeable. I did not have lighter hair. My hair was now even more damaged than when I came in. On the plus side, she gave me a great haircut and blow-out — probably the best I’ve ever had. Total dye time: FIVEHOURS. For that amount of time, I should have been a bleached blonde! Total money spent: $ 300 Pros: Great cut, nice blowout, Jade takes her time with the client and makes sure color is even, subtle, and«classy» looking(she used this word) Cons: Jade does whatever she wants because — and I quote — she’s «Done this thousands of times and is the professional». Never has my hair come out SO different than what I had asked for from a stylist. All in all, the color was nice, but not even close to what I wanted. I plan on going back and having her lighten it because I’m not a satisfied customer.

I have been going to this salon for almost 2 years. When I first came in my hair was a disaster — unhealthy, dry, overprocessed, various colors and a bad haircut. I asked Jade to help me and she took the time to explain about the pros and cons of this stlye or this dye and she created a formula for my hair. 2 years later, I still go for my regular 6 week root job and trim, and my hair is healthier than ever!!! Diane works there as well, and she is equally is talented as Jade, but does not do cuts/trims. They also have facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing and massage.
