Terrible. CCM was our management company and they failed at every turn with our very small, uncomplicated building. I’m sorry to say that late in the game we discovered they were grossly inflating charges for nearly everything. These guys are thieves and do not belong in business. Aside from stealing they also proved incompetent when it came to general management, record keeping and communication. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

CCM might be ok with small buildings, but they were in over their heads for a medium-​sized new-​build condo. We had all sorts of problems, including not getting the elevator inspected on time and problems with bill paying.
