I really have to say that I’m quite happy with Concord Cleaners. Over the last few years, they have been responsive and helpful, quick and thorough in getting out even very challenging stains and they’ve been a big help with small repairs to our clothing.
Thanks for also being so friendly and kind toward us. I wish we could still use you once we move out of state!

I’ve been going to these guys for about 6 months and they were great until a month ago. I got a sweater back with the seam COMPLETELY ripped open all the way up one sleeve, then he refused to fix it for free. They send out their basic wash and dry, which I have no choice about because there’s no laundry in my building or nearby DIY laundry place. He claimed that he would have to talk to the people that he outsources to do laundry before he could refund me for the value of the sweater.
I let it go as the sweater was pretty old anyway, but last week decided I’m through with this guy once and for all. I got my wash and dry clothes back COVERED in somebody else’s hair balls and pet hair. Again, refuses to refund me. I’d rather go to a place that is known for losing an item now and again, than deal with random hair. Fucking nasty.

I’ve been a customer here until I moved to Queens.
Service is fascinating here. Very good people and always tries very hard to make it on time when I something in a RUSH.
Price is cheaper than most other places in Brooklyn Heights.

They will come and pick it up and deliver. Very nice people and very reliable. After sometime they remember my voice and know my address & apt #! Do a great job too. Super convenient with no extra cost for pick up and delivery.

This place is SUCH a rip-​off. I understand this is Brooklyn Heights/​Downtown Brooklyn, but it’s absurd. I had been going here for months since they deliver to my building, but I just recently brought in a few tops with a couple of tiny holes in them for repair and they tried to charge me $ 6 PER hole per item — even though each hole was barely visible and within a few centimeters of the other. So for 4 items, each with about 3 holes they were going to charge me $ 72! They didn’t care that I am a regular customer spending $ 100 per month on regular dry cleaning there. Done with this place and going to try a new place even if I lose the convenience.

I love these guys. They remember my name after four months of absence. They warn me if I’m spending too much on an alteration or cleaning. Their tailoring is excellent.

Very nice people, granted. But they’ve now ruined two shirts (got back with ink stains that weren’t previously there), and two pairs of pants that I needed hemmed. Yes, their prices are good and they are friendly, but it’s not worth it.
Besides, Brooklyn has plenty of other places with better workmanship and similar prices (i.e. Boerum Hill Dry Cleaners).

Dresses done for under $ 14 score! Maybe I am just jaded by Manhattan prices. Fast service and good prices and conveniently located in Concord Village! This dry cleaner also offers tailoring.
