This company is a prime example of buyer beware. Our company bought a reach in refrigerator and a lowboys refrigerator worktop. Granted the prices are cheaper BUT the quality is exponentially poorer
In less than one year the sliding glass door fell off the rails and shattered. This was due to settling of bottom track and poor craftsmanship.
We proceeded to replace the door with this company at which point we were :
1. Accused of misuse of sliding doors
2. Asked repeatedly to measure and remeasure remaining door.
3. Asked repeatedly to purchase whole set of new sliding doors with new track.
4. Required to pick up and install without any offer to help install.
5. Delayed over and over again with regards to replacement spanding over weeks what would have been days (as initially promised).
Our restaurant has been in operation for decades. The previous refrigerator lasted us over 20 plus years. The product from COOLTECH broke down in less than one year. Our experience with replacing this manufacturers defect from this company has been one of the WORST examples of product service and repair/​replace.
STAY AWAY FROM COOLTECH !!

Garbage. We bought a dry case and refridgerated case less than 2 years ago and they are falling apart. Spend the $$$$ and buy quality.
