Needed to get first car wash for new car, black cars look great but get dirty real fast, especially in this weather. Wanted a hand wash, and heard great things about this place. Inside and out were cleaned great. It takes a while, but they do a great job. Looked like when I picked it up from dealer. Worth every penny.

Been hearin many car lovers rave abt this place. My pup got carsick one wkend. She threwup and even took a poop in my car LOL so i definitely needed a thorough cleaning. Came here and watched the whole process myself. It was very interesting, expect a wait and the process does take awhile. Its handwash and they get everything so expect to spend some time there. I was so happy w the wash. Prices were expensive but thas cos im comparing w auto wash. It was definitely worth every penny and they definitely deserved tips!!! The only con may be they arent fluent in english so it took some explaining for them to understand me. Overall great experience and will come back over and over again!

This is probably the best value car wash in the city, without a doubt. You get a hand car wash, full interior vacuum and spray wax for just under $ 30. The guys that work here are great, good attention to detail. Avoid the lines and come early.

It’s been a week since I’ve had my 2013 Crystal Black Pearl Honda Civic EX and for those with black cars understand that a week is more than enough for dirt and grime to be visible to the naked eye.
I was expecting my Meguiar’s Complete Car Kit to arrive in the mail today but I was determined to do it myself with all my TLC. But it didn’t and my car was filthy. I refuse to go to those automated car washes. And although the forecast says rain on and off the next few days I did not my paint subjected to anymore contaminants. I didn’t want to spend a fortune since I ordered the kit but I didn’t want to sacrifice work for price either
Crystal Clear Hand Wash met that criteria and then some. I chose the Full Service + Glaze for $ 25)Add $ 10 more for a wax). The facility itself was simple and adequate. From my estimates it can service 6 cars within. I was greeted by the owner, George who was patient, friendly and understood my concern for a proper wash.
With 3 cars ahead of me I was out in about 20mins. George gave an initial rinsing of my car. Then 2 guys soaped her down correctly. Then they tackled the wheels last with their wheel brushes getting in between the spokes. Another full rinsing and then dry. Off to the next group where they vacuumed and took care of the glass while another set of guys glazed.
At the end the car looked great. I had peace of mind that my car’s paint could breathe, shine and was given some protection. Thank you, George and the guys!

I have tried many car washes in Brooklyn since I moved here and this place is by far my favorite one. Since I am an early bird and only off from work on weekends, I usually get here around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings. They truly do awesome work!

Come here all the time and they give a pretty good hand wash.
Came here the other day straight from work, showed up around 645, and they wouldn’t take me.
There advertised on Unilocal that they close at 7, if your going to stop taking people earlier, you should write that.
Bad customer service, especially how the guy spoke to me.

great hand wash, come here whenever I can. Everyone pays great attention to your car, the whole process without a line can take up to 45 minutes so be patient.
Usually there are a few people waiting or a line out of the shop, so be prepared to wait if there are a lot of people ahead of you.
They do great work on the car. never miss any spots and are exactly what you want from a hand wash place

Great car wash. I have a black Cadillac CTS V that’s hard to keep clean. After a visit to this place my car never looked so good. They went over my car from top to bottom and I was very satisfied with the results. Friendly service and the wait wasn’t too bad considering it is a «real» hand car wash.

Great Place! I stopped in over the weekend for a car wash. I arrived at 7am to avoid a line and they were already open for business. These guys are extremely attentive and do a great job. I had some scuffs on my bimmer from parking in a Manhattan garage everyday, and they removed them as part of the service without me even asking. I got a full service car wash & polish for $ 25.00, and was given a free membership card for future visits. This will definitely be my weekly place!

This place used to be good a few years back now they have horrible service. Paid 50 $ for hand wash, took 3 hours to wash my car and the car was not fully washed. I showed one of the mexican workers that it was not washed fully and they started giving me attitude I asked to speak to manager and one of the mexicans told me to not come here if I dont like there job. NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN

Only place i ever go to, i always forget how bright my paint can actually be until it comes out of their shop. =)

The only spot for an excellent hand car wash in south brooklyn. I don’t like taking my car to drive-​through mechanical washes because they ruin the paint job and always leave bunch of scratches. I tried a number of different hand car washes in south bk, but never really liked the job they did. Until i found this place.
The guys here do a very good job on your car. They wash every nook and cranny and never leave an inch untouched. They do an excellent job drying off the car. Regular sedan outter wash is only 15 bucks. If you want your interior done, its another 10, and if you really love your car, you can splurge and get a wax and glaze for additional 10. SUVs start off at 25 for outter wash, 35 for in and out wash and 45 for complete wash with wax and glaze.
While the prices may appear steep, the quality of the work is well worth it. They also provide auto detailing, 200 for an SUV. Decent job, but takes a really long time.
There is usually a line of cars for this spot because of how good they are, and the cars are usually of luxury class. They have a little waiting area as you can watch the whole process to make sure your car is treated properly. Adjacent to the wash is a little deli store where you can grab a quick bite while you are waiting.
If you love your car, i def reccommend this wash.

Called them on the phone to see if they were open today which is a Sunday. Guy who answered the phone starts screaming in a foreign language and hangs up. I then called back to ask what are the prices for the wash. They refused to answer until my third attempt. After they finally picked up, the worker then screamed that he is very busy and mumbled random prices.
It is CRYSTAL CLEAR that they do not know how to operate a business normally, and it is also CRYSTAL CLEAR they will not be getting my business!

I was looking for a good car wash in bensonhurst area and found the right place! They’re very careful, detailed and they really take their time on cleaning your car. Friendly service as well.

This is definitely the best hand wash in Brooklyn. So good that I travel from LIC all the time to wash my car.
To appreciate their work you have to understand the difference between a car wash and hand wash. A car wash usually entails automatic machines/​brushes that collect rocks, dirt, and debris from other cars and wash your car with it, creating swirls and scratches in your paint. A hand wash is when a human being actually washes your car with soap and a towel, then dries it off manually. There is much more of an attentive feel and you get a better wash. Your car’s paint will also be less prone to swirls and scratches.
The only downside to this is the wait, which is usually about 30 – 45 minutes, and the price, which is usually about $ 25 – 30. But this is a small price to pay to keep your car in the best condition possible and Crystal Clear does an amazing job.
