This place is great! Clean, organized and efficient. Von assisted us in setting up our account and even offered to help us move things to our new unit. Von & Olga made the entire experience easy and pleasant. Thank you!

This place is terrible. The workers have a terrible attitude. One of the employees parks his personal car in one of the two bays so everyone is fighting over the single bay. You have to leave your id with the office to get a cart, which is a pain and the prices are double what they should be. They also make you pay for mandatory insurance (not included in the advertised prices of course) which you don’t need if you have renters or homeowners insurance (which they don’t tell you). They also raised the rent two months after I moved in. This is normal as they think people would rather pay more than move out. It is a predatory business model. Go somewhere else. I moved out and the first place I went to had a slightly larger space for half the price, no mandatory insurance and one of the workers helped me unload my car and gave me a cart. I didn’t have to hand him my ID.

I’m a tenant at Cube Smart and it has made my life so much more organized ! I love the employes they also make me feel welcome and before I get to work I usually sit and have a cup of tea and check my emails (they have free wifi and tea) the place is clean and a good place if you have a small business like me and need a place to keep your things or use as an office. I put electricity in mine so I can have more light. I give this facility 5 stars as the staff and place are really great !
