I came here on a Thursday morning and ordered a Thai iced tea. It tasted kind of bland. I didn’t specify on the size and the cashier charged me 3.50 without asking for the size. When I told him I didn’t order a large, he rudely said«oh I thought you ordered a large» without even apologizing and still charged Me it. The least he could’ve done is apologizing before he charged me.

I was craving some bubble tea and found this place through Unilocal. They don’t have many options on their drink menu, but their pudding milk tea is really good! I also tried their Thai iced tea, which with the right amount of sugar, isn’t too sweet. It looks like it’s a family run business with simple and cute décor. I tried a rose lychee macaron and did ask them where they get their macarons from, but she didn’t know. The macaron was just ok. I haven’t tried their froyo, but if I do come back, it’s to give their coffee a try. Who doesn’t love coffee art? I would also like to try their tapioca because it’s honestly hard to find a bubble tea place that makes it the right amount of chewiness. I will be back for sure!

My second time here was to try their froyo. I tried the cookie & cream and taro flavor. The cookies & cream flavor has more of a watery texture and taro flavor was smooth. It’s decent but I’ve tasted better froyo at other places.

Very nice place, very organized and clean. Good is priced fair. Employees are very nice as well. Overall a nice place to check out. The snow ice in summer is awesome, try all the different flavors there’s a bunch.

Yogurt is good but The toppings are all in the open. We just witnessed a group of kids 5 – 8 years old or so come in and try most of the toppings with their hands. The stuff did nothing until I complained. I would advice against ever getting toppings here.

A good sweet treat to grab on a blazing hot summer day ! Cake batter is my favorite flavor and along with a variety of falvors they also have a good arrangement of toppings. Def. cheaper than other froyo places.

Yay a good place to study in the neighborhood ! Free WiFi, outlets, lots of seating, open long hours. Sipped on a matcha latte while worked for a few hours, ordered a steak panini and a lychee tea later on as I was there for several hours. Mostly quiet throughout the day, with a rush around 5−6PM. They have CNN playing on the TV rather than music

I came here just for the frozen yogurt and loved it! They have a big selection of flavors which is pretty important for a fro-yo place. I got the watermelon, green tea and pistachio and they were all really good! Their toppings are pretty much the same as all the chains. They also have a wide selection of other stuff on the menu. Coffee, bubble tea, crepes, paninis, macaroons, croissants, etc. They’ve covered it all. Also free wifi and there are outlets! Not bad for an area that doesn’t have any other fro-yo places. I’ll be back.

Flavor is on point. I sampled the taro and mango, and for both there is a strong taste to it. However I’m not sure if this authentically yogurt. The texture came out to be very soft-serve ice cream like to me. Still a nice addition to bay parkway!

I’ve been here a couple of times and I had always been greeted with friendly staff members, but the one I’ve encountered today was just terrible and disappointing. He was absolute no help and made me feel extremely unwelcome. Seeing that they started carrying macarons, I went in for a quick treat. When I asked the guy what flavors they had, he told me to «read the labels.» Excuse me? Are you getting paid just to stand there and look hostile? First of all, that’s not how you would treat any customers. Secondly, I’m really sorry but I doubt any scholar would be able to «read the labels» because THEREWERENOLABELS!, with the exception of «Raspberry» and«Rose Water.» When I was leaving, I saw him directing the only other staff member to fix the macarons so I’m assuming that he is either a supervisor or a senior. But if that’s really the case, that’s just plain sadness because clearly, he is not even sufficient at providing«okay» customer service. Oh, and not to mention, I ordered a «Rose Water» macaron but I was given the«Raspberry» flavor. Thank lord I am not allergic to raspberries.

Just randomly stopped by and I was not disappointed. They have a relatively small menu compared to Kung Fu Tea but they seem to be good at what they do. I ordered a peach green tea. Aside from the tea being delicious and well made, their tapioca were also on point. They were the perfect chewy consistency and I did not throw out the cup until I got every single ball. As I was sitting there, a lot of people came in and got their yogurt so I’m assuming that it is pretty good if a bunch of people came in half an hour before they are about to close just to get their yogurt. The staff is definitely friendly. My friend is quite the picky person and at the moment, obsess with blueberry so he asked if they had any drinks made with blueberry and someone immediately went to help him check and was able to make him a blueberry drink even though it was not part of their menu. They get an A+ in customer service!

A fairly new establishment with friendly service and good intentions, but has many areas that require improvement. l liked how the décor is really nice and clean and how the servers were attentive and nice. However, I didn’t like how the self serve yogurt was all the way in the back, right in front of the restroom. I had intended to get the yogurt but because it was hidden in the back, I didn’t notice it until later and ordered a drink instead. The toppings are typical red mango toppings. The yogurt flavors seemed appetizing though! So I ordered the green milk tea with lychee jelly and found it be very average. I found it to be a tad too sweet for my liking. Also, the straw that they give you is too narrow so it was hard to drink the lychee jelly… I actually had to get a spoon and scoop out the jelly after finishing my drink… big turnoff… There are many other bubble tea places in the hood so I doubt I’ll be back for their bubble teas. If I do decide to come back, it’ll definitely be for the yogurt.

Been here enough times to realize that i dont come here enough. This may sound silly but being able to see the menu is a major plus. Most of the places ive been to only have the menu at the counter and annoys the crap out of the barista(does this apply to bubble tea ppl?). Anyway.the set up of the place is a little weird in that all the yogurt is stuff is in the back and the register is in the middle. Maybe it is a fung shui thing or i have a complex. I can see how people get confused with where to fall in line and start fights over who got there first. Its just as crazy as the push/pull sign that nobody understands. Their bubble teas are yummy(my fav is the lychee and the almond milk). Its not overly sweet where it can taste artificial but some drinks can be a little bit on the watered down side. Either way i have never left here disappointed

I love this place. They sell everything! Latte, bubble tea, froyo, crêpe, smoothies, snow cream, and cakes. The workers here are really friendly too. It is spacious with plenty of outlets. The WiFi is fast too. Definitely will be back here.

A little local bubble tea AND froyo place? Well sign me up. I was interested this place because it was close to my eye shop(right across City Eye Optical). I came in here, pretty quiet on a late Sunday. The interior is a great place to sit down and have a chat with friends or whatnot. They have a combination of warm foods and bakery items too along with coffees, bubble teas, and of course, cheap crepes. Review is for the froyo and bubble tea– I’ll definitely be coming back for crepes and waffles if they decide to make them.(At the time of this review, they have a suggestion box.) Froyo flavors I’ve tasted are the original, taro, NY Cheesecake, and Pistachio. Consistency is pretty nice and thick, nothing watery(even the popular flavors aren’t runny when you get them). The froyo isn’t as on par as some places(like the bigger chains). Some the flavours are questionable like thw pistachio, which just taste like sweet ice… You can ask for samples though, they just don’t have little cups out. On another note, bubble tea here is great actually. The classic and the milk tea has a nice texture. The tapioca is small and chewy and subtly sweet. In addition, the tea itself is not that sweet either. Usually I have to tell them no sugar. When I’m in the neighborhood, this is definitely my bubble tea joint. Overall, I really like the atmosphere here and they try to keep the place clean, except people still leave their trash out. If they add more foodstuffs, this could definitely be a nice cozy escape from the street.

Wow this is probably the one place I’ve had matcha latte this cheap. They usually run $ 4 a cup but they sell it here for 2.25 after you check in in Unilocal ! But I have to say you can tell they went short on the matcha, I took a sip it was incredibly sweet. They also used tons of cream/milk because that overrode the matcha taste. Regardless I’m giving this place 4 stars for the atmosphere, great prices and wifi. Great place to work and they also offer froyo. Latte art is a plus but go before 5 because the latte artist leaves after that. The latte was about 3 stars but next time I’ll tell them to cut back on the sugar and cream.

so this time i bought a taro slushy. It was pretty expensive in comparison to hi tea, which is only 2 blocks down, but i like the environment here more. Taste is standard(maybe a tiny bit better), but i wouldnt come here again for a drink(maybe only for yogurt). Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

«Taro flavored froyo.»…all I needed to hear to get me speed walking 20 blocks to this spot. The baristas are super friendly, always smiling, and eager to help. Walked in yesterday with my boyfriend for some hot passion green tea(which was delicious btw! It smelled like rose petals), walked by the froyo machines and saw a new flavor(sea salted caramel). Wondered out loud what it would taste like. The nice woman who made my tea came over and asked if I would like to try it! Brought out 2 sample cups. Definitely a great addition to their extensive flavors! Yummy, affordable, friendly, clean. Highly recommend.
