I received a gift for a baby shower. By the time I got control of all of the gifts and saw that I wanted to return this item (a seat cushion for a high chair that I decided against buying) it was too late to return the item. Their return policy (14 days!!!) is far too restrictive, especially when considering how hectic things can get around the birth of a new baby! Be sure you like the items you buy from these folks or you’ll be stuck with them.

I had been looking for an ErgoBaby 360 carrier for the last month and a half. And came across this shop. At the time of this writing there was no internet stock and this was the only store in the greater NYC area that I could find that had stock. And to our surprise, this store was a haven for hard to find and high end baby items and hard to find products. On top of it they had an ample supply of Cloth diapers especially the very very hard to find Tot Bot cloth diapers… MY wife literally screamed when she saw the Tot Bots.
Those of you looking for hard to find and unique items should go visit the store. I’m sure we’ll be heading back there for some more things before the little guy comes along.

A wonderful collection of the best in modern baby gear. Strollers, toys, breast feeding supplies and just about everything else you need. If they don’t have it, you don’t need it!

My husband and I went to buy the items from Mamas & Papas that were not in stock on the company’s website. This baby store had it. It is the cutest little store but they have quite the inventory. We loved the way they helped us pick our stroller. Excellent customer service. They only sell high quality things so don’t go in there expecting to find bargain items or outlet prices they have great prices as well as you will find them with the manufacturer of the brand you are buying.

By far the best baby store in Brooklyn. The service is outstanding. one of the women that work there helped me so much with cloth diapering, She knows all the ins and outs. She cloth diapers her self. Thank you so much will definitely be back.
