I bought two very nice pics which were for sale recently, boyfriend & Myself were both greeted in a nice way by the store owner who introduced himself & was so nice even said please come back was very welcoming while we were there has a nice waiting area in front of store.

I love this place — took another piece there just today to be framed.
The owner is friendly and charming, and always so excited to help me pick out the perfect frame for whatever I bring him — which, to date, includes a completed puzzle, a cross-​stitch project, and two different posters. One time I also brought in a framed print I bought elsewhere and he redid the shoddy wiring for me — and refused to let me pay him for it.
The pricing is beyond fair, but I would be willing to pay more to continue coming here. A gem!

I had two rather large prints framed here for my studio apartment.
Absolutely love their work and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Brooklyn Heights.
They gave me the fairest price, had the best customer service, had the largest selection of frames, and did wonderful, fast and beautiful work.
No complaints and looking forward to coming back!

Been coming here for years. The owner is extraordinarily friendly and does an excellent job framing just about anything — you’ll see people’s artwork, diplomas, photos, and random artifacts adorning the walls awaiting pickup. I’ve even had him reframe things that other framers have done shoddily. All this, plus he frames antique posters for the Brooklyn Academy of Music. How cool is that.

I have used this shop many times for both business and personal framing jobs. I have referred them to friends who are all happy as well. Service is friendly and professional, and they use all the high quality frame suppliers you would see in Manhattan… but at a much lower cost… and bottom line, the quality and presentation of the «finished product» is almost always better than I imagined it would be. (They also keep me from going astray when I try to choose a frame that wouldn’t work with the photo I am framing).
