They outsource jobs to other contractors so it’s a hit or miss. The contractor hired for my job was decent but at the end of the day the owner Sam is responsible for handling/​addressed issues that arise. The response I got was «there’s nothing I can do about it» or «why didn’t you tell me earlier, I already paid the contractor.» The owner has an excuse for everything. I will not be using them for future projects.
