Green paper fans arrived with black rings around the edge. When I called to return, they stated that they don’t pay for shipping on returns– even when they ship a faulty product. The woman stated that all of their paper fans have a black ring around the edge as a result of their hand dying process. Of course they don’t state this on their website. Never again– my mistake for not going with a more reputable company. Sticking with oriental trading co.
