DNA Footwear

I was looking for a place on Unilocal that sold Uggs near by so I didn’t have to head up to Woodbury Commons Ugg outlet. I also don’t really like purchasing stuff online because I don’t want it to be delivered and not be home and take the chance of someone stealing it from my home. So I searched and found this place less then 10 mins from me. I drove over and started to look today 10-​30-​2015 at around 1030am, and within 3 seconds the worker could tell I wasn’t sure where to look. I told her they looked like a pair I picked out but without the brown laces. She showed me them and got me the size I needed within 2 minutes. The girl and her coworker both were super nice and helpful. I would go there again because they know their stuff, didn’t keep me waiting and most importantly were extremely nice and helpful because I don’t know anything when it comes to buying my wife Uggs. Thank you ladies keep up the great work.

I get most of my uggs and toms from here. They are all helpful in here and not once have I come across someone rude. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue. If they don’t have your size in stock they can just order it and have it for you the next day. There prices are regular nothing too crazy and nothing cheap. But they do run some good sales sometimes when seasons change or if the shoe is an older model from the season before.

I’ve been shopping at DNA footwear since they opened not only do they sell Amazing shoes their staff is Awesome! Very helpful and efficient. Moe and Deana are just wonderful have helped me with returns, questions and very professional and patient.

Love this place for shoe shopping! Their sale selection of shoes is always really good, unlike other stores on the 86^th street strip. Their staff is really pleasant to deal with and the owners are fun to interact with, they have a really good sense of style. Highly Recommend !

We come here often and spend a lot of money in here, the help is always very accommodating and not pushy at all. The owner (or manager?) is really very nice and great dealing with customers. The selection is fairly wide, covering the very young & trendy, to the more traditional and usually the quality is excellent. This place is THE source for summer sandals, however, I will say that we purchased a pair of $ 200 boots here that looked amazing in the store but look terrible now with a broken buckle and ripped leather. The fault might be my own for not choosing something more durable, but for the price, I would’ve expected them to hold up longer than they did. I’ll still check the store, especially in the summer — the best sandal selection ever — but I’ll be more careful when choosing a shoe that will be getting more than average usage (such as the boots).

I know that Bensonhurst is a far trip for some people, even Brooklyn dwellers, but this location of DNA Footwear (which also owns Something Else), seems to have a greater selection of boots/​shoes and they are also definitely on the same level as the 7^th Avenue store in terms of customer service.
As I missed picking up a pair of Steve Madden Sabra boots this year, I was looking for a substitute boot (I have an injured right ankle and I need shoes with which I can wear a brace), I came across the «Extreme» boots by Sandra, which were almost the same color leather as the Sabra boots.
I contacted DNA customer service online about the boots before going to the store and they gave me the product details.
So, when I went to pick out the boots I knew what I wanted before I made the trip.
I also called the store to make sure that they still carried the boots in the right size and let them know that I was coming.
Also, even thought I showed up right at 8 pm, they still let me get the boots and gave me some information on upcoming sales and discounts.
