Terrible customer service!!! Purchased furniture from here a while ago, needed a part, called the store, their computer do not hold the information for more than a year, as sales person said nobody cares and nobody will do anything for me take a picture of your furniture and come to the store, I explained that I live out of state right now and she said that no one cares where I live, I need to get up and bring her a picture of my furniture. Total russian customer service. She wouldn’t give me her name either

I have purchased Modern Beautiful Furniture from them. Sales people are extraordinarily patient & helpful.
I shopped their in 2011 & furnished a 3 room apartment; in 2012 I lost everything I owned in SANDY. They were kind and generous in helping me refurnish.

I walked into Dom mebeli looking for an armoire and was immediately greeted by a sales person. The showroom is huge and it is a 2-​story store. Upstairs they had about 3 armoires all of which looked nice tho it was nothing that I was looking for to fit my bedroom. I was told about a dozen times that all of their furniture is made in Italy (there are signs all over the store as well that everything is made in Italy) however the actual quality of the furniture seemed no different than Bob’s Discount (at least they offer insurance, these guys do not).
The sales woman asked me what color armoire I am looking for and I told her I want it in black. She blinked a few times and asked me again of I want it in black because according to her, nothing that is made in Italy comes in a black armoire.
I must also mention that my childhood best friend is a very successful interior designer that has appeared on numerous television shows and has decorated many celebrities homes. My friend has been giving me input on what color schemes and type of furniture I should buy based on what I told her I’d like my apartment to look like.
I remodeled the entire apartment based on my friend’s input and I am completely amazed at how beautiful the apartment looks. The bedroom armoire is one of the last pieces of furniture that I am shopping for. For the sales woman to mock my choice in looking for a black armoire shows her lack of professionalism. I would rather shop at Bob’s discount (prices are identical) and have piece of mind that I have a protection plan than from these guys!
