Domino’s Pizza

I will never again order from Domino’s Pizza. I recently ordered a pizza from them at 1a.m. and it didn’t arrive until 2:30am. To make matters worse, the delivery man wouldn’t come up to my apartment. Over intercom, I told him that I couldn’t come down because I was home alone with a sleeping toddler. He then replied that it was against the rules to come up to apartment buildings and that I would have to walk down if I wanted my pizza. That was completely unfair because I had already paid online for it. So I took my sleeping beauty with me to the building’s main lobby and asked the delivery man, «What the hell?» He apologized when he saw I wasn’t lying about my sleeping toddler, who was now awake and cranky. He explained that the delivery guys have been getting robbed and now they aren’t allowed to come up to people’s apartments. And he went on to inform me that if they even deliver it straight to an apartment and if their headquarters find out then they can get fired. I can understand the concern for their employers but now they have made their customers just as vulnerable.
My father used to work for Domino’s for six years when I was a child and he used to get robbed as well and he didn’t get as far as out of his car for that to happen. Most of the time it was just for the pizzas as silly as that sounds. The corporation should have some kind of alarm that triggers the police or a self-​defense class for their employees but by applying this new policy, they have put their customers in a dangerous situation where now they can get robbed. So no gracias, Domino’s corporate… from now on, I’ll just order from my local pizzeria who has better pizzas anyway.

They were very unfriendly! The guy who delivered the pizza, just push the bell and after 2 minutes he just go away… He doesnt want to come to the floor with my food! Horrible staff!!!

Pizza was burnt but service was quick with a walk in wait time projected at 25 minutes was ready in 15.

This is the worst dominoes location in the world! We usually order from papa johns n we decided to try something different. Worst decision ever! First off, the driver didn’t even have the decency to come to the door! My husband had to go outside!!! The driver was playing obnoxiously loud rap music from his car and my husband had to go to him. So much for door to door service… To add insult to injury, the cheesy bread looked like it was thrown around a few times, on top of being burnt around the edges. Our wings were under done n slimy. The pizza was the only thing decent from our order. No one in my family enjoyed our dinner. Consider it the last time we ever order from here! Wish I could leave zero stars

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever ordered from. I wish I could give it 0 stars. The people who work there are so unprofessional & rude. Both times I ordered from here they got the entire order wrong and the pizza wasn’t fully cooked. I’m disgusted!

this is by far the most horrible location!!! from the staff to the general manager they curse at you hang up on u and just dont show up… it got so bad that i called the corporate office on them. then they have the manager call me to issue a poor excuse of an apology and asked me if i want free food i said idk if that would be a good idea cuz im worried that they might do something to my food… her response was «i guess thats the risk u have to take» i really discussed and they need to get rid of all of them… these ppl are ruining your business

If I could actually give a review 0 stars I would. This dominos is the most unprofessional, bad mannered branch! They are so rude and don’t know how to talk to people over the phone. I had to hold myself back from going over there and smacking one of them because they really are obnoxious. Pizza comes wrong most of the time, not cooked through, just horrible !!!

Very disappointed. I was waiting for the pizza for a long time. And when I got it … It look like they slapped it around

Ordered from here… never again. i told the driver I cannot come downstairs to get my pizza, because I’m on the boot can’t hardly
he refused so I said forget my order. sole purpose of delivery is that a bunch of conks.

UPDATE: Finally got my pizza, but did not have any garlic seasoning on the crusts, and the sauce was uneven. Huge clumps on certain slices, and no sauce under the cheese.

We ordered pasta with extra sauce and they gave us basically nothing and my boyfriend ordered it 2 days ago and it was perfect my boyfriend gave them one star and it’s not worth $ 6 and said how he didn’t get what he had ordered and they called my boyfriend demanding him to give them 5 stars to make them look better or something GG dominos. However all the drivers are nice and respectful.

Called at about midnight for four pies and some extras. Seemed like a simple order especially at midnight. 2 hours later my order arrived. I was calling about every ½ hour or so to check on my order during those 2 hours. I’d figure at this time of night or morning it shouldn’t have been THAT long. Whatever happened to their «30 minutes or less» slogan. Geez, that was years ago but 2 hours? I was told by their night manager that they were running a special and were swamped with orders. I guess getting swamped with orders means slower service. Try giving that excuse on any other job.

Bad experience with bad attitudes of workers. Worst place to get pizza.
They don’t seem like they want to take your orders or something. Just angry stares and shout at you asking what you want.
I rather go order from Papa Johns in 86^th street and 16^th Avenue.

Placed an order… card was charged… pizza never came… no answer on the phone.
this is the second time this has happened. PAPA JOHNS IS THE BETTER CHOICE FOR LATE NIGHT PIZZA.

Placed my order at 10:23pm on Saturday 12÷6÷2014. At midnight, the order has not arrived.
Called in to speak to a lovely girl (did not get her name because she insisted that her name be reserved for legal matters only) who was honest enough to say «Sir, your order has not been made.» But soon after the honesty, the horror happened, she said «Sir, I am going to cancel your order, since you elected to pay in cash, we do not need to refund.»
Is this what Domino’s Pizza has degraded to? There wasn’t even an option to MAKE THINGS RIGHT and get the order out to an albeit hungry and angry customer.
Worst thing is, I came to Unilocal only to see that there were dozens of people with similar experience who did not get their pizza and were mistreated. Was Dominos just open in name and every staff member asleep at work?

My experience was fine. I always get my food delivered and its always nice and hot. Mushroom and bacon on pizza is delucious. Their wings are ehh I feel like its all fat covered in sauce. The cheesebread filled with jalepeno an bacon was spicy. The pasta on bread was a fail

Done with this place. Delivery guys are now insisting you come downstairs, funny because the older delivery guys were happy to come up and get a good tip.
If you are the driver who tried calling me yesterday, ‘telling’ me to come down. I lied about my broken ankle. Made your ass come up and bring me my shitty pasta ‘alfredo’ and cold chicken.
You are lucky I still gave you $ 5. Work for your money fella.
Food quality went down, new delivery guys are lazy. Will miss the lava cakes.

I ordered online because i figured it would leave less room for mistakes, but i thought wrong. Instead of cheesy break i got nasty burnt chicken i didnt order. When the food finally did come, the delivery guy calls me and tells me to come outside to get my pizza… I live on the third floor of a building and they always bring it up and now all of a sudden theres a policy that says they cant. sure
very nasty and rude people working here.

In theory, sure Domino’s sounds great. Online ordering. They always have coupons. It’s close to my parents’ house.
But in practice:
–burnt pizza on the artisan pizzas
–crappy crust on the hand tossed dough
–delivery guy was rude
Ugh.

The worst Domino’s pizza on the planet if not entire Galaxy. Online system always broken, they never pickup the phone. When they do pickup they are nasty or put you on hold until you give up and hangup. It took nearly 2 hours to get a pie and it arrived cold. I wish I could give them a negative star review.
Stay away, what an awful place this is.
