After reading the reviews, was really happy to find these guys. Unfortunately, they are incredibly disorganized and unreliable. i’ve made 5 or 6 appointments with them and they’ve missed every one. They are always late and terrible at communicating. It has taken me more than a month and my laptop still isn’t fixed. Most recently, they said 3 – 5 days but then called after 10 to say that the parts they ordered (a month ago!) didn’t work and that I’d have to begin the process all over again.
Avoid them.
