what can I say Dunkin’ Donuts Dunkin’ Donuts especially in Brooklyn so prepared to lower your standards a little. employees are often either rudy or nonchalant and look like they have been having the worst boring day of their life. Not even a greeting at the door or a thank you for coming to Dunkin’ Donuts when you leave whatever what can I say this is Brooklyn siigh

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts that I have visited. Always mess up the order.

Curdled milk in my coffee. No bueno! Service was quick and friendly however. The young lady behind the counter was quick to give a fresh cup and check all of the milk and cream. Shouldn’t that have been done earlier?

This honestly has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating in. Service was super slow. Took 3 people to take 1 order. If you don’t order exactly the way the lady wants you to, she gets upset and corrects you! What an insult! Their chicken bacon ranch sandwich came with the wrong sauce. Their egg white and cheese sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted! For a treat I got a chocolate chunk cookie. It was so stale! I couldn’t even it it! Who knows how long it was sitting there. Take my advice, go to any of the other hundreds of DDs around and be sure to skip this disgrace!

This is one of the most infuriating/​annoying Dunkin Donuts/​Baskin Robbins places I’ve ever been to.
The only reason I keep coming back is the drive through.
The quality of their service is highly schizo. Sometimes it’s quick and efficient, and other times its laborious and infuriating. There was this one time when they FORGOT they had 5 cars in the drive through. I had to call the store and ask them what was going on before they started taking orders again.
Also, I’m not sure if they get or make their stuff fresh every day. I’ve gotten stale french crullers more then a few times at 7am from this place. Sheesh.
Anyway, its a Dunkin Donuts/​Baskin Robins combo like all the others, It’s the only one with a Drive Through in this section of Brooklyn so when I drive by I use the place.
If you’re not lazy like I am, feel free to pass.
