Dunkin’ Donuts

Since it shares its location with Popeyes, as soon as you walk its all smokey. Still, I learned a thing or two about espresso. Good customer service.

I come here almost everyday. The staff always gets my order right. The coffee is good especially my iced pumpkin coffee. The only issue I have are the seedy people that hang around there which makes me never want to sit and enjoy my coffee but sip it as I’m walking. Lol. But it’s convenient which is why I keep going here.

One? They don’t even deserve that.
They bump up charges. They refuse to give hash browns on a meal if you omit meat from the samdwich. I don’t follow dietary restrictions aside from sometimes I just don’t want to eat that today. But for anyone that chooses vegetarian or doesn’t want to eat pork, this can be a huge issue. And this is NYC too. They don’t have to slaughter a brand new animal. All they have to do is leave it off someone’s sandwich. Give it to someone who wants extra meat.
Lines are too long because mostly only 1 cashier.
They have a bathroom that you used to be able to use. But now they say that because they don’t have 19 seats inside, the government won’t let customers use it.

This dunkin’ donuts gets 5 stars and honestly I wish I could put 6. The donuts are just ok because lets face it, it’s dunkin’ donuts, but what makes this location so great are the employees. I get a breakfast bagel almost every morning and not only do they remember my order but they always smile and ask me how I am. The woman who works only making the food, is the nicest lady ever! She sometimes will throw in free hash browns or a croissant and I never even notice until I get home but it makes my day.
The fact that they can work with a smile while getting paid a shitty wage and dealing with rude and aggressive people all day long is extremely impressive. This location has been by far the best and only one I continue to go to and walk out happier then when I walked in. Really great staff!

Dunkin Donuts is typically okay.
As a average consumer of the franchise this location is okay.
Im happy because it’s always open and that is always a big plus.
They tend to have what I want when I want it and the coffee is pretty true to the Dunkin recipe.
However sometimes the atmosphere isn’t always pleasurable, but that’s if you go after hours like myself. Got to stay nicely caffeinated for the late homework hours somehow not to mention satisfy that sweet tooth that I have way to often.
If your looking to keep it on the healthy side the donuts do not help to look at, but I’m sure you already knew that!
However, if you are trying to keep it slim they do have the bananas and I’m sure you can keep your coffee slim at your request

Tried them because it was closer than any of the usual two I frequent on the weekend over here. What an absolute rip off. This is the only DD that I know of that bumps up the price of their coffee by $ 1.00. With that being the only thing I usually get without my kids in tow, I wonder how much their overcharging on the rest of the menu.
I’ll get my steps in walking to the other locations.

The worst Dunkin Donuts Ive ever been to. The cashiers have an attitude. The manager creeps around not saying anything, and to top it off they charge over $ 4 for a medium iced coffee. It’s cheaper in Manhattan. It’s cheaper literally anywhere else. My food order is messed up nearly every other time I go there. Their business is based solely on convenience, because they are lacking in literally every other aspect of service.

Always full of sketchy people harassing you as you walk in. The cashiers know nothing. You have to repeat your order 3 times. Donuts are often times stale. I ordered a medium hot chocolate once and the cup was only filled halfway. Ugh.

Every so often they have live music and live entertainment. Pretty cool and different for a fast food spot.

There’s always a man or women or both standing in front of the entrance begging for change, the cashiers are slow and after repeating your order twice they still get it wrong. There has to be a better way to get a caramel iced coffee.
