My Favorite Deli in Park Slope. Eyad and Yasser are wonderful. They will chat you up while making you a great sandwich. They have a CRAZY variety of beers. Ones I’ve never heard of before. I try to get a new one every time I go.

There was a cat crawling around in one of the food displays. My roast beef«sandwich» that I ordered had a greasy, slimy slab of fat hanging out of the front, and every bite I took I had to pick out unchewable dead bits of meat from my mouth. The worst sandwich I’ve ever had, from the dirtiest, grossest deli I’ve ever been to.

couldn’t remember the name of my deli so found this one on Unilocal and decided to give it a shot $ 6.99 for a turkey w/cheese on a hero — delivered(ok there was tip but small price for the additional laziness/comfort) if he hadn’t accidentally added mustard i probably woulda given five stars. Absolutely fresh, delicious, couldn’t believe how good the hero bread was at 8pm still. will definitely order from them again…

Great little bodega just a stone’s throw from my apartment on 16th. They have a good selection of beers and if you run out of milk, have enough to choose from. We also will buy our deli meat(Boar’s Head) from them if we haven’t made it out to the Pathmark that week. The only downside is that they have a minimum for credit card purchases(one time they told me $ 5, another time it was $ 10) but at least they have an ATM inside in case the need arises.

You couldn’t ask for more in a corner store. It’s clean, it’s well stocked and the staff is extremely friendly.

I can’t believe no one has reviewed this place! Businesses aside from bars and restaurants deserve praise for a job well done too! And E&H is one of them. For a small Bodega, this place has perhaps the best beer selection in the area aside from Eagle provisions. Their microbrew selection is diverse and ever-changing. And, unlike Eagle, you can buy singles rather than the entire six-pack…a good way to figure out what new beer you like best. As far as the rest of the store goes, it is pretty much a standard bodega, although their items seem fresher than a lot of the competition in the area. Eddie, one of the owners, is the nicest guy I’ve met too. He remembered who I was after only one visit, and seemed genuinely interested in learning about who I was. Whether this is his personality or done in the name of business doesn’t matter to me. He got me to go back again and again.
