Like the other review, I’d also choose 0 stars if that were an option. Quite possibly the worst shopping-type experience I’ve ever had. It’s a wonder these people are in business. If you are forced to buy something from here, definitely go with the C.O.D. option. Chances are you’ll be left with your cash in hand and no furniture. My experience was this: I placed an order for one chair on a Tuesday, and paid $ 30 extra to have it expedited for deliver on Friday. Friday 5:00pm rolls around and I get a phone call from a very rude customer service person stating that the«truck broke down.» OK, sure, so we reschedule for Tuesday($ 30 expedite charge removed.) Tuesday comes and I place in a call to confirm that I indeed should be waiting around all day for delivery. I spend the next several hours on multiple calls with multiple people trying to determine if that chair is even in stock. At 5pm I find that they do not have it. Order canceled, good riddance, and good thing I chose C.O.D. At least I don’t have to try to get my money back.

Scam — We bought a bed online from Efstyle. They said they had credit card problems and if I paid with check they’d give me 10% off. I should have just cancelled the order, but I sent a check which cleared in a few days. The bed was never delivered and the phone is disconnected. No reply to my emails. Contacting the BBB and a lawyer about this.

I’d give this place«0» stars if it was an option. I bought furniture here for my apartment. Everything looked amazing on the website and the prices were great. They even have an option to «Make an Offer» on the furniture. I made an offer on a sofa and an ottoman. My offer was accepted. I picked out some other furniture as well… paid a deposit with my Visa over the phone and was told to pay the rest in cash upon delivery. Fast forward to the day of delivery– My delivery was cancelled because a truck broke down, so I was stuck with not even a place to sit in my new apartment. My delivery was scheduled for the next day. No one ever showed up. I then called and was very irritated; they set me up for another delivery. This time, the delivery men came… at almost 8 or 9 pm as opposed to the noon to 4 pm time frame that was given. On top of that, they forgot a piece of furniture. Which I still never received.(That’s okay though because I didn’t pay them the cash for that piece.) HOWEVER– I made a deal on an ottoman and a sofa and my invoice only reflects a sofa, and that’s what was delivered– only the sofa. Despite what my offer was for. I’m still fighting with them about that, and today I’ve decided I’m finally just going to dispute it with Bank of America before my time limit is up, because these people are never going to do the right thing. Oh, and the delivery guys left a HUGE mess– they left all the furniture packing outside my door and didn’t bother to clean it up.

These people are horrible. Never go here. They are extremely shady. This place didn’t have any prior reviews(which should have been telling), and I almost hesitated to add them as a business, in case a Unilocal presence resulted in greater traffic to their site. In any event, never shop here. I bought a sofa, a living room chair, and some dining room chairs. They have a policy on their website that says you get a full refund, with no restocking fees if you return a product within 7 days. First of all, most of the dining room chairs were damaged in the shipping. The upholstery was dirty and depressed, and the legs were crooked from having been wrapped together by the tape. The living room chair was broken and the wrong color. I immediately returned the sofa and the living room chair. Then, despite the policy, they tried to charge me a 25% restocking fee on the sofa. Then, after about 20 calls, I finally told them to send me a refund, minus the restocking fee. Then, their sales person — Victor — told me that after talking to his manager, they would only give me store credit. I called multiple times to speak to the manager — Al Kugel. He was never available when I called, and he never called me back. I’ve tried to look up this business on numerous state/local government websites, and was not able to find them. Shop here at your own peril.
