The neighborhood may not be the best, but its far from crappy. Vin Cin is a fantastic engineer, we cut three songs there in six hours. As a drummer, I appreciate his kit, the willingness to get you the sound you want, he has a selection of gear thats really comprehensive, and is more than some guy in a booth, he really crafts the sound and since we didn’t have a producer, Vin really took charge of the post production, but was totally open to our suggestions and took his time to make three of the hardest rocking songs I’ve ever been a part of. My guitarists and bass player all had moments of personal equipment failure and Vin tracked it down and fixes it every time. His vintage amps and cabinets, along with his years of recording analog makes all the difference in the final product, he is a true pro and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend electric plant studios for recording, as far as rehearsal space, I havent tried it.

Crappy neighborhood, crappy old equipment, place is a mess. It’s actually depressing rehearsing in there… But Vin does know how to record a demo in a short amount of time, I respect him for that. I just wish he would be there on time when you have an appointment.
