Empire Gates

I had the misfortune of choosing Pablo of Empire Gates to install my gate. Since the installation of the gate I have had several problems and every time they do not stand behind their work. However since I need my gate fixed asap I end up paying them what they tell me is a discounted rate for them to repair it. I recently had another problem which was clearly the result of their poor installation and like usual they refused to fix it unless I paid a discounted fee but this time I had enough of dealing with this company and refused to let them fix it. I contacted another company that I was recommended and they showed me the problem and confirmed that it was due to a poor installation from Empire Gates. They then were able to fix the problem correctly and they did it for 30% cheaper than the so called «discount» price of Empire Gates.

This company is disgusting. They put stickers on gates under Empire Gates or NY Roll Up Gates Experts, Inc. The phone numbers I have seen are (917) 364 3195 or (718) 614 0616. They refuse to tell you what is wrong, if anything is wrong, then they try to charge an exorbitant amount for coming out, as in $ 375.
