Faicco’s Pork Store

This is a must visit Pork Store with an old school vibe. Butcher area with look in view from street. Saw dust on floor.
They make excellent Hero’s, their Broccoli rabe rice balls are a must get on every trip.
Their pork products are in another league compared to any other places I’ve been too. The Dry Sausage is phenomenal and their cheese and parsley sausage rings are excellent.
Excellent marinated roasted peppers and their bread is great too.
You pay for what you get and all you get here is top quality.
when you get done here go down to Villabate Alba for gelato or incredible pastries.

Had the roast pork broccoli mozzarella special. Huge sandwich. Pork a bit dry but the broccoli rabe was perfect. Bread garlicky and toasted perfectly. Service nice. Well priced. Had house made sausage — pretty lean and flavorful. Prosciutto rice ball wasn’t heated through enough, needed more flavor. Will definitely go back to try all the sandwiches.

I don’t know where to start and that’s a good thing. Fiacco’s has been a part of me my entire life and for good reason. Every since I was little my family has been buying food here. There fresh mozzarella is probably the greatest on earth I dare you to find one better. The workers themselves have become close personal friends. To this day I still make it priority to go with my mother to get cold cuts for Saturday, and meat for the sauce on Sunday. Everything there is fresh the store is very clean but has always been crowded. They host a wide variety of imported goods including the best prosciutto di parma money can buy. My family have tried other pork stores when there closed on vacation and they cannot hold a candle to Fiacco’s excellence. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not going to them.

Been passing by Faicco’s for about half my life and never stopped in for one reason or another (my loss). Was running errands in the neighborhood and needed to pick up bacon (and I knew Faicco’s bacon was top notch from their burger at Prime Meats), so it was a perfect choice.
You walk in, and you see all sorts of delicious meats in the deli cases, as well as a bunch of other Italian goods.
Wish I had time (and appetite) for their famed sandwiches, but settled for their country-​smoked bacon and some rice balls (and prosciutto balls). All delicious.
Nice dudes behind the counter too.

I love this place and the guys that work here are awesome. There always so fun and smiling. I go there for the usual few items that I can recommend and really wished I lived closer to buy products more often!
To begin they do sell imported prosciutto di parma do I recommend it? absolutely is it cheap, NO! Is it worth it ABSOLUTELY! You will want to place your mouth under the prosciutto cold cut cutter. There sliced pepperoni is amazing and fresh! They also serve fresh cooked chicken cutlets which are good, not great but really good.
There fresh mozzarella is worth it along with going for a block of there asiago cheese.
Make sure to buy a pound of there sweet dried sausage just so so good! They have such a large selection of fresh meats such as fresh sausages definitely a good place to keep in mind when searching for fresh meats or, during the afternoon a solid good sandwich.
On a side note, Parking is very difficult and is predominantly meters. SO beware.
They accept credit cards and pack everything up so nicely, sealed, and double bagged.
Definitely worth the visit and half and hour drive from my house to purchase my meats!
They sell canned tomatoes to make fresh tomato sauce and have a refrigerated section with some sauces and other products.

Great staff always willing to help and be of service. Great selections best salumeria ever! They actually carry the sardine sauce from Palermo, Italy I can never find! Great food can’t go in there for just one thing without walking out with a ton of. Blows away Eataly in the Flat iron.

Ask for the Italian special. One is Enough for two, good option to take to a ball game!

Fantastic in every way! The best sausage in town. So clean and neat, I just love it.

Terrible service. No lines or organization. They don’t use the number system. I get on a «Line», Im next. a guy walks in and the guy behind the counter waives him to the rear of the store and takes his order. When he finishes another guy walks in and he does the same. I protest. He mildly apologizes to me, but continues to apologize to the guy he tried to take out of turn.
Cut my order down to a few sausages, while my fingers worked on my iphone on line to find Collucuios where I spent $ 250.00 for my party this weekend. You didnt want my business, you won, you didnt get it.

This place is the real deal. We’ve been going every Saturday for the past three years. It’s the best butcher shop in Brooklyn. Everything is super fresh and always delicious. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the quality of the products are always top of the line. Some may say it’s expensive, but there is no substitute for the best.

Nice place with some nice people working there. Also, good cold cuts, but very very expensive!

Faicco’s… oh what can I say??? It’s heaven! Great food, clean shop, friendly service. They pay attention to customers and everything is prepared with love & care. They have a large selection of fresh sausages, meats, homemade mozzarella, prepared meal, pasta sauce, imported food from Italy… etc. It’s just perfect. DO NOT MISS their Italian Special Sandwich and rice balls! The sandwich is packed with capicola, soppressata, prosciutto, and mozzarella plus your choice of sauces & vegetables. The prosciutto rice balls are super creamy. Don’t forget to ask them to heat the rice balls if you want to eat them right away. Also, check out their beverage section where you can find Italian citrus/​lemonade drink and (the one & only!!) Manhattan special espresso coffee soda. It’s all great stuff!

Pork Paradise!!! The pantheon of pork stores. It cannot get better, or more authentic.
From the royal blue uniforms, the immaculate surroundings, perfectly cut meat… everything screams perfection. Everything is great especially the sausage, pork cutlets, mozzarella with prosciutto, arancini con broccoli rabe, chicken roulettes etc., etc.etc.
It is what I would expect a pork store in Heaven to look like. I challenge you to find better. I am only sorry I cannot give it more stars.

Highest quality Italian meats and products.
Best sausages, ground meats, bracioles, steaks, ribs, you get the idea. Prepared foods are very good as well. I’ve gotten them many times. Eggplant parm, chicken parm, lasagna, and others, all very good.

Our go-​to on every visit to NYC! Go directly to the back counter and order the Arancini (stuffed rice balls with cheese or ham). Ask for them heated and then enjoy them on the bench outside or park less than a block away. Truly amazing! Lots of gourmet meats too.
This area has lots of great foodie finds! You can’t go wrong at any of them!

Delicious meats and a store so clean you could eat off the floor. They have a great selection and good prices. Look int to window next door to see salamis being made. Be sure to get a couple of plain, broccoli, or prosciutto rice balls to pop in your mouth.

Words cannot describe how incredible this italian speciality store really is. First of all, the store is pristine and every worker is well groomed and tidy, (my mom insists they all get manicures! ha). The workers never fail at greeting their customers with a smile. Secondly, the food is always fresh. I would not recommend buying meat from anywhere else. You won’t be disappointed. The chicken cutlets are sliced thin, perfectly cut, and ready to be fried or baked. If I’m having a bad day, Faicco’s is definitely my ‘go to’ for comfort food! They make a ton of yummy appetizers, which are always a huge hit at parties. Be ware– holiday time can be totally chaotic so plan accordingly!

Faicco also makes the most spectacular sandwiches. My favorite sandwich: Roast beef, fresh mozzarella, shredded lettuce, mayo, and tomato! I also love their desert freezer, which always has tartufo, tortoni, and sorbet.
I can’t say enough good things about Faicco’s. Sounds weird but this store makes me proud to be an italian (;

Just echoing the praise, for what it’s worth.
I stopped by today and picked up a decent selection: sopressata, smoked mozzarella, roasted peppers, artichoke, rice balls, prosciutto balls, fried ravioli. The rice and prosciutto balls are fantastic — definitely pick some up if you’re stopping by. I could take or leave the ravioli; they’re good, but it’s fried stuffed pasta and I’m also the kind of person who enjoys eating Nutella straight from the jar with a teaspoon. Roasted peppers were surprisingly delicious — lots of diced capers and black olive and garlic shavings too. Load this stuff onto some decent bread with cured meat and you’re in business.
The sopressata deserves it’s own paragraph. Holy shit. I’ll probably continue to cross Brooklyn for this stuff. Beautifully cured meat that’s both sweet and flecked with spicy chilli flakes. Faicco’s cure their own stuff which is great to see, so probably go with domestic over imported. I could probably sit on the couch and eat a quarter pound of this shit from the paper as waves of Catholic shame cascade over me.
Definitely picking up some of that homemade dry sausage next time.

Faicco’s Pork store is as good as it’s gets! INCREDIBLY tasty sausage — this is the ONLY place we buy it – cheese and parsley wheels, hot fennel, cocktail sausages – YUM. BEST fresh mozzarella EVER… every time I get it for parties, it gets rave reviews. We also love the rice balls, Prociutto balls (to die for) and fried ravioli’s. (although I think the prociutto balls are a bit overpriced if you ask me). Great sausage breads, salami’s, olives, you name it, they have it and one is more delish than the next.
Their stromboli’s are also excellent.
The store is also pristine and clean… and even though most times it’s packed… it moves very quickly.
Highly recommend this place… you’ll never go anywhere else again!

This is seriously HEAVEN!
So I took the train from Philly into New York to visit the bf. The bf was having dinner with his family so I decided to pick up a prosciutto and mozzarella sub from the train station. I only ate half since it was getting late and wrapped up the other half for the morning. I woke up and it was gone!!! I was very upset. You know that Friends episode with Ross and the turkey sub.“YOU ATE MYYYY SANDWICH!?!“
I know it wasn’t the bf’s fault but his brother’s (who threw out the sandwich thinking it went bad!!) But I could not help feeling miserable the entire morning.
You know how they say when one door closes, a window opens? Faccio’s is the ultimate window. I recall seeing Faccio’s on a blog somewhere and had it bookmarked to visit. I thought it was a bit like a café but it wasn’t the place where I could go order a sandwich. But the place is very charming nonetheless. A bit of a tight squeeze from all of the customers waiting, it was overwhelming. Take a number, wait your turn. The prosciutto and fresh mozzarella was heavenly. The prosciutto balls are also worth trying as well.
The service is amazing, these guys run around making sure everyone is taking care of promptly. Such a great place, I’ll be dreaming of this.
