Yummy!!! The place looks clean not enough room for a big group, but you can sit. My advice order to go… I didn’t care for the hummus, but the babaganoush was excellent and the whole wheat pita is dangerous {I ate the whole thing}! Falafel platter is filling you can actually eat half and save the rest for later. I gave it 3 stars b/c I’m particular on certain things, although the girl was friendly I didn’t like the fact that she was talking over my food while the container was open. Not cool, I don’t like anyone else talking over my food but me…

Whether you’re opting for the delivery route or paying the story a visit, it’s all hot, fresh and delightful either way. I’m new to the world of falafel, but it’s fast becoming my quick go-to dinner choice, or a late-night snack that I don’t feel too badly about afterward.

I came across Falafel Bros on Seamless looking for a quick bite. The first plus, the food came in 15 minutes(please note I work a few blocks away). Second it was still hot(once again I do work only a few blocks away). Third, the food was delicious! The pita was warm and fluffy. The falafel was crisp and flavorful. I have ordered twice and both times were great. I ordered the falafel platter, you choose a falafel flavor and 2 different salads(it comes with one standard) as well as a pita. The babaganoush, beet salad, carrot salad and corn salad were delicious. This place is definitely worth a try.

Who doesn’t love a falafel sandwich? The distinction at this joint is the spices they use. In addition, their hummus and pita are a match made in heaven.

I noticed Falafel Bros on my way to Atlantic Mall. I literally walked, stopped and turned around. I pulled them up on my Unilocal app and decided to give them a world. FYI, when you check in, you get 10% off your final bill. I’ve had falafel before but I never had it in different flavors. For my falafel sandwich, I decided to get the harissa flavor because I like my food to be spicy. It comes with salad that they add to the sandwich – I got the beet salad. I didn’t eat until the next day and it held up just fine. It was so good. The sandwich was huge, very filling. I really like the harissa flavor, just the right amount of kick. The falafel is made to order, so you don’t have to wonder how long the falafel’s been sitting under a heat lamp. The place is very clean with cute sayings on the wall. There’s even a sink to wash your hands – I really like that – no need to go to the bathroom to wash your hands. The employees are pleasant. This is a good spot if you want something tasty yet healthy. The next time I’m in town, I’ll have to try one of their platters.

Delivery is fast. Falafel, hummus, and salads are well wrapped. The cilantro-parsley falafel is yummy. The tabouli and hummus are OK and are even better when mixed together. The pita is very thick and interesting but I prefer thinner pita.

I have been to this place a few times as it’s nearby my place and the food was always ok. The hummus is decent, the falafel is decent and the salads are decent. However, last time I was there I had a Sabich sandwich. The Sabich was very bad. The main problem was the eggplant which is at the heart of every Sabich dish. The eggplant was soaking with oil and the skin stayed attached to the eggplant slices but was inedible and I had to manually remove it from each slice. If you want to make a decent Sabich(not even talking about a good or excellent Sabich) you have to learn how to fry eggplants. Obviously, whoever made the Sabich(or whoever taught this person how to make it) doesn’t have a clue about frying eggplants. If I had to rate the Sabich alone it would probably get 2 stars but since the rest of the food was ok I gave this place a 3-star rating.

Excellent falafel platter for 13 $. Interesting flavor options for the falafels, including lemon, cilantro-parsley, etc; all of which were perfectly fried, crispy on outside, hot and soft on the inside. But the stars of the show were actually the sides, of which you get two included in your platter automatically; hummus and israeli salad. Then you get to pick any other two of your choice from a selection of about 8 or 10 just by quick glance. The hummus and salad were nice, but the babaghanoush and fried(not breaded) eggplant were absolutely off-the-chain. I would go back just to eat that, which makes me think the sabich platter might even be the best way to go in the future. I love me some falafel, but a perfectly cooked eggplant in a myriad of forms is just special. Top that off they serve you this large, somehow fluffy, somehow thick, and all deliciously warm, but chewy and tasty pita bread. It reminded me a bit of the ethopian bread in texture, with hybrid brioche-pita flavors. This is a definite new go-to place for me in the hood. It should be for you too.

I ordered food from here on Seamless, and it said my food would be there in about 30 minutes. I ended up waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes before my food got to me, and when it finally did get to me, it was cold. On top of all that, the delivery guy didn’t even look up from his phone and didn’t say one word to me! No apology, not even a «hello». I had been in contact with a woman who answered the phone at the restaurant to make sure the delivery man wasn’t lost. She was very kind and sincerely apologized for the issues. After I was done heating up my cold food, it really was delicious. I’m sure dining there would be a better experience. Seamless diners-BEWARE.

Whether you love or dislike falafel, this place is worth a try. They use only fresh ingredients, and each falafel is prepared to order. Yum! Not to mention, they are sanitary, and the customer service is friendly. Keep in mind that this is a quick, get-it and go sort of spot, not a restaurant.

Let’s start with the great things about Falafel Bros: –The falafel are fresh and made to order, I had the green flavor(parsley and cilantro) falafels in a while wheat pita, with Israeli salad, hummus, tahini sauce, and babaganush salad in the sandwich… If it sounds like a lot of food that’s because it is. I made two meals out of that falafel sandwich, and the Israeli salad and babaganush were so delicious that I came back just o order more. –The place is very open and clean, you can see the employees, who are super friendly, making your food and juices. –Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food that you’re getting and it’s really the only appealing healthy-ish option in the neighborhood. I am getting so tired of deli sandwiches, so I’m glad that Falafel Bros is in the neighborhood. Really the only thing preventing me from giving them 5 stars is that: –the green juice tastes like it’s all celery… it’s not terrible but celery has a really strong taste and smell, I wish they would replace it with pineapple or something else, –and you can’t tip on your card, only with cash :( Overall, great place to grab some lunch or dinner if you’re tired of just-okay burgers from the neighborhood. Glad I don’t have to trek all the way to Park Slope or Hells Kitchen for hummus anymore.

I love falafel bros! Their hummus is possibly the best I’ve ever had. It has a lot of tahini! I love their chimichurri & spicy sauces, any of the falafels & the beet & Israeli salad is amazing– perfection! I also love their freshly made pita with za’atar and recently had to go gluten free, so it makes me sad I can’t have it. But for someone with a lot of dietary restrictions, this place always hits the spot!

I’m Israeli and have been eating everything on the menu my entire life. I’m not a big fan of falafel outside of the Middle East, but I have to admit — Falafel Bros was not bad at all, and that says a lot. The disappointment came in the form of salads. The tabouleh was very much lacking in parsley — it was just a bowl of bulgur and the Israeli Salad had shredded cabbage in it. Nowhere will you find Israeli Salad made that way. The other disappointing thing was that neither salad had dressing(Olive oil, lemon juice, salt). They were completely naked and bland. The Za’atar pita barely had any za’atar on it. Not terrible, but not authentic if that’s what you’re looking for.

So I’m still searching for my soulmate, but so far I have found the perfect falafel. The spicy one with harissa, in a regular pita with some hummus, Israeli salad and eggplant — heaven! Takes me back to Israel in a heartbeat and makes you crave more.

I’m new to the world of falafel but live down the block from Falafel Bros and have fallen in love with this food and this shop! The place is brand new, always clean, and have the friendliest and kindest staff. They work quickly to get your order ready and are happy to answer any questions you might have about the various salads and items they have available for purchase. I typically go with the falafel sandwich, where you can choose one of their four falafel flavors and a salad from the various ones they have available that day. The falafel sandwiches also come with israeli couscous, hummus, tzatziki sauce, and optional hot sauce. They also have some delicious looking smoothies that I’ve yet to try but seem to be very popular! We’ve used them for catering at work, they’ll deliver and have fantastic prices and options. Very vegan and vegetarian friendly!

Stumbled across this place as I was on my way to a meeting nearby. Hadn’t eaten properly and was hoping to come across a meatless option. I love falafels but I also like trying new things even more. So I tried the Sabich sandwich. I’d never even heard of this sandwich. I Googled it at apparently it’s popular among Iraqi Jews. The Sabich sandwich consists of sliced fried eggplant, boiled egg, hummus, israeli salad, boiled potatoes tahini sauce and amba. It was pretty good. It left me a little more filled than I was looking to feel after a meatless meal but it was delicious. Overall, I’d give them 3.5 stars. I would have given them 4 stars for the sandwich but I had to wait a little longer than expected for my order to come up. Otherwise, the experience here was a good one. Next time I’ll try their falafel sandwich. Next time you’re in Ft. Greene, check-in and give the Sabich sandwich a try.

This place was amazing. Great variety of falafel flavors. I tried the Green and Lemon and both were delicious! My favorite Salad was the white cabbage. Reminded me of Carolina cole-slaw. They also give you a shit ton of hummus so that’s a plus.

Falafel bros has a welcoming and easygoing atmosphere with helpful and friendly staff. The food is fresh and there are plenty of different salads to choose from as well as a selection of organic juices I have not tried. That being said, it feels like the only meal one could order is the falafel, or sabich eggplant sandwich. The rest is just the side salads. Its probably intentionally like a traditional Israeli or Lebanese falafel place with dozens of amazing salads and falafel, but… if there was meat on the menu, I would be so much more enthusiastic about coming back! Grilled chicken pita or koefte. these would go marvelously with their setup. Maybe they will be adding meat to the menu at a later time. I hope so!

I am so glad this place opened up right around the corner, in a great neighborhood, AND it’s falafels! AND they have fresh juices. I’m in falafel heaven here. The pricing is attractive, the location is very accessible, the ambience is chill and the staff are very welcoming and sweet! Rami the owner stood at the door on opening day and introduced himself which was a great way to get to know people on the neighborhood. And wow, the falafel is perfect. Soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside and an assortment of flavors! Eat it fresh y’all!
