Falken Design Corporation

Falken Design is a small shop and does not offer the full range of possibilities boasted on its website.
This is not a shop for precise work or more complex projects with deadlines, however maybe good for small things such as pencil holders.
In my experience the owner was rude, arrogant and seemed overwhelmed. He did not listen closely to my specifications, but instead insisted on making his own decisions about my project. He has no knowledge of construction outside of cutting and gluing. The job was sloppy with the glue visible. These were simple boxes. He quoted me a two week turnover which quickly became one month with the job unfinished. The shop hours are inconsistent and it is difficult to communicate with them. In the end I needed to find another shop to finish the job.
All of the worst possible problems with a small one-​man shop with none of the personable benefits. I wanted to support a local small business and now I deeply regret it.
