Fiberama

We needed an awning installed over our deck in the backyard his Spring. And Fiberama made the process as easy and smooth as could be. Don and his son, John responded back to my inquiries for a quote quickly both via email and phone. This showed they wanted my business. Other vendors took 2 – 3 days to respond.
We stopped by the storefront and Don pleasantly showed us the trim options as well as how the awnings were put together.
John came by the house, took the measurements and about 9 days later we had our new awning installed. We have already gotten compliments from our neighbors.
Whether it was to take measurements or the day of the installation, everyone was punctual. Their estimated time for how long things would take was precise. Communication was great, as Don was quick to respond to my emailed questions concerning forms of payment.
The price was also fair. We had a vendor quote us more than double the price.

Like Michael, I regret choosing Fiberama. I purchased a security door in Feb ’14 and it never really fit well, BUT as it turned out I had second thoughts on the door that «I» choose. so i decided. not a big deal. since I knew I was going to change it.
I hired Fiberama again. hoping to get a discount since it was only several weeks since i purchased the last door. No discound. but i can’t blame them for my choice error. However, I paid over $ 800 for a storm door that others have paid half for from Doors & More. I still did not care since I did love the look of my new storm door. BUT, it was installed with the wrong handle. I paid for an upgraded brass handle.
Fiberama Customer Service was awful. I called numberous times. dont’ get me wrong. I’m human. but first there was a funeral, than a communion. now a graduation. I mean this is business right? in fact, the owner actally instructed me to call the company? I mean, I clearly had a copy of my Fiberama receipt that showed i paid for the correct brass door knob. but yet i have to do your job??? Sir, Isn’t this why i hired you? uhm. ok,. So i call. the company sends me the new door knob and he said:“call me and Ill send someone same day to install” .(after all i paid for that already Right? AND I live a hop & a skip away from their headquarters).
I still have the brass handle on my counter waiting for them for almost two weeks. When i call they say «someone will call you right back». but. no one ever calls :(. Go to Doors & More peeps!!!

I highly recommend Fiberama. They replaced 2 exterior doors, the workmanship was done exceptionally well. The workers were professional and on time. I had noticed a neighbors doors around the corner from me and needless 2 say they were done by Fiberama, from seeing the job that was done I knew I was going with Fiberama. They also have an extremely large variety 2 choose from, so 2 avoid any headaches go with the experts

Be afraid be very afraid. If possible I would rate them zero stars for a zero company. Had windows installed by them and the windows failed — try to get service and they want to charge me $ 180.00 just to come to the house (I had windows installed by another company for under $ 200, which were better quality, and this co answers their phone). The $ 180 don’t even include a repair. Once they get your money you can forget about service.

Had a few awning companies come over to give us an estimate to have the awning over our front door replaced. Fiberama gave us the best estimate, so we decided to go with them. We put half up front, and paid the other half when the awning was installed. We had no problems at all. Everybody we dealt with was professional and friendly. No complaints on the way we got treated!

Had half my house Windows installed by this company.
The installation was a disaster. Ruined moldings around the windows.
The windows themselves don’t do what windows should do. Mainly, keep out cold and they don’t lock well at all.
Called them back and they DON’T WANT TO KNOW YOU, their warranty does nothing an means nothing. Curbside Warranty– when they leave the curb that’s the end of your warranty
If it was possible to give them a 0 star rating I would.
