Gym is okay… some people are rude. The girl and guy who work there are on Wednesday night are the least helpful people in the world.

awesome gym and facility. Chico and Francisco are awesome trainers and people. they really helped me develop my skills. Unfortunately the front desk guy is very rude and nasty, so bad to the point i terminated my membership. The thing that really bothered me though is when I went to confront eugene the owner… He didn’t care. He could care less I as his customer was treated so poorly by his employee. That was the final straw for me not to go back. The first instance was my membership was up… Ok no problem I’ll pay when the owner is in. The front desk guy. Alex? STOPPED MY WORKOUT TWICE yelling that I have to pay. Finally I made him call the owner to his response was «don’t worry about it» then finally come back after a month of being off… The same front desk guy is so nasty to me. THREW A NOTEBOOK AT ME and called me crazy. Great gym and trainers but your father I. Law is very bad for business. You’d think I would have atleast gotten an apology from the owner when my fiancé and I spend 3 – 400 dollars ATLEAST a month!!! Good gym but way to expensive and over priced… THe machines are always dirty with sweat stains. The Treadmills are broken, blood on the mats and little kids always running around which is dangerous. For the they should care about every client. Not just the fighters they make money off of when they fight. Love boxing but time to find a new gym.

Fight Factory is remarkable.
Everyone is very friendley and welcoming. Trainers are also exceptionally nice and work with fighters who are new or expierneced. Not to mention this is the cleanest gym i have ever witnessed… I have been to many different boxing gyms in all 5 boroughs and this IS HANDS DOWN the cleanest by far.
I would highly recomend this gym to begginers or even pros that want to train in what looks like «Heaven» for a fighter.

Fight Factory is a very large, very well equipped facility that offers a wide variety of classes at lots of convenient times. It’s easy to get to by car and parking is also easy, although a little bit less easy by public transportation; It’s a short walk, but through an industrial area. The class was great, and very challenging, and they also offer women only muay thai boxing classes (didn’t take that class). The only downside for me was that most of the students are in their teens, so for me, being in my early 30s. I felt a little out of place. There are baton twirling classes in the evening, which I found a little distracting, However, I would have definitely considered this as a good gym to work out at, had I not chosen one of the others.

This gym is great for somebody who has been in and out of the game and knows what they are doing when it comes to training.
I can’t comment on training with their trainers but if you just need to use different kind of bags or spar this place is perfect.
The only negative comment is that they let little kids roam around which is most likely an insurance risk.
I had little kids run next to thai bag as I was unloading a kick, pretty annoying and dangerous.

Huge space, lots to offer for training, so I’m sure they do well there.
However, wasn’t the best venue for watching live fights.
The sound system was total crap, the announcer barely audible, and only the people at the door and the referee were professional.
Maybe it was the promoters fault, but I blame a venue that also lets them get away with being cheap on things that make an event good.
