I heard about Elizabeth through a friend who I was complaining to about my lack of space and how my kids just throw all their stuff into two big buckets so we lose all the legos and the pen caps and at least one pivotal piece of every and any game they have. I was feeling frustrated with my kids, but of course, I’m the same way. I can never find anything in my house.
Elizabeth really listened to me. She took in my personality and what I was actually able to handle in terms of organizational diligence. She also pointed out that I was not as disorganized as I thought, I just needed someone with an outside perspective to find a system that made more sense. I’m perfectly able to follow the order, just not as good at setting it up in the first place. It’s like I had been living in this chaos for so long I couldn’t see clearly. She came in and really found the right way to set up my kid’s room. Everything is clearly labeled with pictures. There’s a place for everything and my kids are actually happy to know where they can find their toys and know they’ll have the parts they need. We have a couple of secret spots in the living area (an awesome ottoman that acts as a toy box), so my living room no longer looks like romper room and people don’t sit on weird squeaky toys when they settle in on the couch.(This fittingly happened to Elizabeth when she came over for the consult) Sigh.
Anyway, once I got over the embarrassment of needing to call in someone to help me with my mess, I was thrilled to have it be so functional.
Soon, I’ll get to my office…

I moved into what I like to call «the world’s smallest apartment» last year. It’s been difficult for me, as it’s quite a downsizing AND I can tend to hold onto more STUFF than I should AND I’m not the most organized person in the world.
SO, I decided I needed professional help getting my new tiny living space in an order that could make it live-​able for me.
Elizabeth came to my rescue. Not only did she help organize and de-​clutter my tiny studio, she was patient with me and my limitations and seemed to revel in the challenge of my space and my inclination for collecting clutter. She had creative solutions and was very determined to make my space what I fantasized it could be. In the end, it’s 1000 times better than it was and WAY better than I could have made it on my own. She even made the process fun and practically painless for me.
