Futuristic Nails

I’ve been going to this place for over 20 yrs & dealt with a nail tech named Ana only. Since she left yrs ago & new management took over, this place is horrible & has gone downhill especially their customer service & nail work. If I could rate it 0 stars in would. If I’m requesting a service I should receive what I ask & not what you think I meant. I do not have artificial nails so why is it OK for you to quickly cut off my real nails & want to put fake ones on? I threw a complete fit so the woman who did my nails threw me to the manager & spoke about me in their language of course. I was livid!!! I showed my displeasure of the service I received to the worker who could give a damn but say I speak no English. Bs! But you understand my $$$ & know when you screwed up. Anyways needless to ssy, I’m a firm believer of when you mess up, you apologize. Did I get one? NOPE! This infuriated me to the 10^th degree!!! When the manager did my nails she kept stopping to go do someone eyebrows which pissed me off. I’m your client and angry one at that right now so your primary concern is me & only me! Long story short, my nails were rushed & not as I normally would have them. Now here’s the funny part. my total was 52.00. WTFFFFF. for what? This heffer was charging me for he nail cut I didn’t ask for & for the tips I again didn’t ask for but your non English speaking associate assumed I wanted so basically I was being charged for all of her mistakes & things I didn’t ask for. When I tell you I gave this lady 30.00 & not a penny more for services that’s exactly wth I did & not without letting that establishment know how I felt. Being apologetic & saying sorry goes a long way but to just dismiss my claims & regards was too much. Would you believe she refused to paint my nails with gel color unless I paid for the rest? Unbelievable! It was a complete nightmare that day. Never again so I will warn those looking to get their nails done don’t go here stay away! You the customer are always right & should be treated in such a manner where your opinion, values & $$$$ counts! I mean she could’ve said miss I’m sorry, I’ll give u half off or free pedicure or something but nope nada! They will never get a dime of my money ever again. They better hope the health department doesn’t pay them a visit soon.

Being a last minute thing and the only open nail salon on Christmas day in the area, my mother and I went to get pedicures. I’ve never felt so rushed and forced in my life. Everything that came out Coco’s mouth was a question about an add on. I know it’s their job but at least be through with the cleaning in the first place so that the add on will be a pleasure to get. The store looks like a run down hole in the wall. Their supplies aren’t clean as well. So be careful and keep track of the tools they use on you. I felt like they were all about getting the money than actually doing the job properly.

This place is terrible. It needs to be renovated desperately. The nail techs and services need to be updated. The nail polishes are old and ugly. The customer service needs work.

I don’t do my nails here because in the past they haven’t done me justice. I do let the owner do my brows and lashes. She’s pretty good with that. The place could use a proper cleaning and could be better presented also. But I don’t stay long in there really.

The prices are good and so are the services. I don’t get anything fancy done on my nails such as acrylic, designs, trinkets, so I cannot comment on that. I usually get a regular manicure and pedicure and I am usually satisfied. The workers are nice, friendly and love to hold conversations with the customers. Its a welcoming environment.

Im a simple girl. I dont ask for much. but when i am paying for a servce, i expect it to be done correctly. I asked for a bow design. not an outside design, but one that was already displayed on their sample nail chart. Foolish of me to believe that mine would ACTUALLY look like what was displayed in their samples smh… My uploaded picture will speak for itself.
