Great school to pick for your 5 hr class… Alot of information and Instructor Colin was a great & funny teacher. I recommend this driving school and I will be taking lessons with them.

Colin was great, I learned a lot during the 5 hr class and it was definitely worth it. There were people in the class who had sat in other schools classes failed the driving test and in colins class they learned thing here that would have helped them pass the driving test. I would definitely recommend this driving school.

I had and amazing experience with this school!!! I took my five hour class that flew by, it was very informative as well… My instructor Ikanke was extremely patient and thorough while teaching me to drive. I was so nervous the day of my road test but I passed thanks to Fuzion! I highly recommend this school.

I truly believe that this driving school has some of the best instructors in Brooklyn. I had both Stella and Miguelito as my instructors and they were nothing less than perfect. They did an incredible job over preparing me for my test, which was a piece of cake. I would recommend this school to individuals who are looking for patience, professionalism and last but not least skilled instructors.
On another note, the office is a different story (notice I rated them ⁴⁄₅ stars instead of ⁵⁄₅). The women at the front desk appear to be knowledgeable, but a bit disorganized. There were times when I would call regarding my package and the staff wouldn’t know specific answers (I.e forgetting to cancel a lesson when I had an emergency the day before, not being able to tell me how many lessons I had left).
Nevertheless, I GOT MY LICENSE!

5 hour class is the best you’ll ever get from any driving school, Mr Colin is very helpful
But when it comes to scheduling appointments for lessons or road test and receiving important information that is crucial that’s where this school is lacking

The short version: DO NOT GO HERE. Believe it or not, the owner, Colin, was incredibly harsh and stupid in his customer service decision to me when I told him that I was getting treated for CANCER and needed to reschedule a lesson because I had been TERRIBLY SICK from CHEMOTHERAPY. He was AWFUL and made a terribly DUMB business choice, deciding that being rude to me was a better choice than helping me — I was a loyal customer before this incident. NEVER AGAIN.

And please note: the instructor Joseph is absolutely wonderful! He is a great teacher (he was very helpful for me, as I had never really driven before taking lessons with him!). I do not blame him at all for what the owner did, but it’s unfortunate that he works for Fuzion.
However, as for Fuzion Driving School and its owner, I wish I could give ZERO STARS. After reading reviews on Unilocal,I decided to finally buy a package that included a few lessons, the 5-​hour class, and the test itself. I had taken a few lessons with Joseph many months ago (August 2015), when I suddenly got very sick… It turns out, I was diagnosed with lymphoma and had to immediately start undergoing chemotherapy treatments. Needless to say, I put my driving lessons on pause, since I was solely focused on my chemo treatments and trying to stay as strong as possible during that awful time in my life. As it turns out, thanks to my wonderful doctors and family, I pulled through the chemo treatments and just recently had a clear PET scan. Here’s where my ZERO STAR review for Fuzion comes in…
I was almost done with chemo treatments (April 2016), and was feeling a bit stronger for about 3 days in a row. To celebrate and help myself feel like I was doing something positive (as I’m sure you can imagine, going through chemo can be very depressing and boring), I decided to schedule 1 lesson with Joseph. When the morning of the lesson came, I had been up the previous night vomiting. Going through chemotherapy is no joke, and I was so upset and disappointed that, just as I thought I was gaining some strength, I felt lifeless and was so sick again. I vomited for 4+ hours and passed out on the bathroom floor. When I woke up, I saw that I had missed message from Fuzion, saying that I was late to my appointment. I do not blame Joseph for leaving after waiting for a little while — that’s all he could do. However, Fuzion’s owner’s response to me, when I called to try to get help, was completely unacceptable…
I called Fuzion later that day and asked to speak with the owner, Colin. I said something like, «Hi Colin, I completely understand that you have a strict policy that if anyone misses a lesson, they cannot reschedule it. However, I think I’m in a really unique circumstance and would so very much appreciate your help. I’ve been a loyal customer, purchasing a package AND additional lessons. The reason I missed my lesson is that I was very sick from my chemotherapy treatments because I have CANCER. I would never miss a lesson otherwise — I had never missed any other lessons before this, but I was really just very very sick.»
His response was that they made no exceptions at all, and that though he was sorry to hear I had cancer, **********he had to think of the «bottom line» of the business.********** I was stunned. I had had cancer for about 6 months at that point, and nearly everywhere I went, people were so kind and helpful… rightfully so, honestly, because WHY in the world would you treat a cancer patient so badly, when they had only treated you with respect and honesty? Well, Colin showed me that there truly are TERRIBLE businessmen out there who don’t care about people and make stupid business decisions on top of stupidly treating people badly.
To reiterate: a loyal customer had told the owner that she missed one lesson because she was sick from CANCER TREATMENTS and he said that he could NOT HELP HER reschedule a lesson because there were ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
I asked him, «Are you serious? I’m telling the truth… I was vomiting for hours from chemotherapy and have been a very loyal customer. This is terrible customer service and not a smart move for you to make.» He replied, «Well, we do not reschedule appointments ever. In fact, another lady had to miss her lesson because she was in the ER last week.» Wow.
Well. That’s that. I am a highly educated individual with a master’s degree and experience in the business world, so I certainly understand a hard emphasis on the bottom line. However, when it comes to situations like this, owners are human beings who are able to make accommodations for their loyal customers to enhance customer loyalty by showing empathy… that’s just smart business. However…
What Colin at Fuzion did was truly stupid. I am going to a different driving school for the remainder of my lessons and will tell everybody I know: DO NOT GO TO FUZION. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.

This business is staffed by very disorganized and unethical people who do not take responsibility for their own actions. I registered for a class with them and when I showed up for the class, it was canceled and I wasn’t given any notice of the cancelation. Their policy is to penalize students who break their policy but when they make a mistake, they take no responsibility and provide no best attempt to make good on their mistake. I recommend you find a better driving school.

If you want to pass your driving test with flying colors, choose Fuzion! I had an amazing experience with my instructor Joseph who was kind, patient, and very easygoing. He critiqued my weaknesses in driving and taught me the secrets to passing my road test along the way. I took my road test today and the examiner was impressed with my skills! There is absolutely no other place you should look for because this is the best driving school in NY! Thank you again!!!

I was bummed to have to take my drivers test again, after my license expired and I ended up having an amazing time and experience at this program. Fuzion made it fun, informative, painless and pleasurful! I’d even do it again if I had to so long as it were there. Xo

Do not even consider taking driving lessons from this hole in the wall spot. First and foremost the customer service is lousy and the «managers» need lessons in being to able to service their customers accordingly. One of their female managers is snide and arrogant and doesn’t even let patrons of the business get a word in when discussing pertinent business matters. I hope they’ve heard of the term word-​of-​mouth marketing because this place is definitely bottom of the barrel.

From the time I spoke to the Fuzion driving school admin, who was thoroughly polite, to the time my road test administrator said «great job, here’s you temporary license», Fuzion was with me the entire way. Colin, Ikanke, Thank You! Here’s my story:
I had been a driver for 27 years in NJ. After moving to NYC 4 years ago I inadvertently let my NJ DL expire (you don’t really need a car in NYC). I had to go through the entire process of getting a NY DL. I spoke to many driving schools which offer packages, but just the way the admin handled the phone call at Fuzion, told me they were the ones. Let me tell you all something, my first instinct was to just take the 5 hour class, and take the road test. But after I sat through the 5 hour class with Colin, I realized how much I did not know or just ignored. My driving instructor, Ikanke, not only «re-​taught» me how to drive, but made me a better driver. Up to the very last minute, until I got into the vehicle to take the road test, Ikanke was giving me tips. I passed quite easily, thanks to Fuzion! But, I would have easily failed if I did not take the driving lessons. Fantastic experience! Keep up the great work Fuzion!

Today, Christmas Eve 2015, I FINALLY PASSED MY ROAD TEST. I had over 35 hours of driving lessons from another school and it was almost as if I had learned nothing… Each time I took the exam (3 times before I passed, I passed on the fourth attempt), I kept making the same mistakes. From day 1 when I switched from another school to Fuzion, my experience was excellent. The receptionist was kind, accommodating, insightful, and matched my needs and learning style with who she felt would be the best teacher for me. His name was Ikanke, and he was excellent (His name actually translates to ‘There’s Nothing God Can’t do’ – which was 100% true. His kindness, intelligence, calmness, patience, and articulation of each step of the driving process made me feel confident and capable of improving my skills and FINALLY passing my road test.
Also – I PRAYED A LOT!!!

I did my 5 hour class, driving lessons and scheduled a road test with Fuzion Driving School. The staff is great, always answered all of my questions etc. My first instructor was Mr. Jesse he was good. My present instructor is Joseph B… he is awesome, patient and truly encouraged me to get my license. Today I took my road test and passed… I would definitely recommend this school to any and everyone. Thanks again Mr. Joseph and everyone at Fuzion Driving School!!!

Great driving school. I went here after I passed to road test with a school that was not good. Thanks to my natural instincts I passed the road test the first time. Fuzion driving school gave me the skills and confidence I needed to become a great beginner diver. I recommend everyone that ask me about driving, I tell them go to Fuzion driving school.

The best driving school in Brooklyn. I was fortunate to have two amazing instructors; Mr. Jessie and Mr. Joseph. They were both patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I was determined to get my license and pass my road test first time around and that is exactly what happened. I would recommended all my friends and family to come to Fuzion. My only complaint is that there were some issues with scheduling but the staff worked hard to accommodate me. The drivers pick you up for your lessons you can’t beat that.

Just passed my road test and I’m ecstatic. They are the best. My instructor was Brandon, great instructor and really makes you feel comfortable

So I’ve gone to other schools before and never learned how to drive. Let me tell you this is the best one I’ve gone to in Brooklyn by FAR!!!
The instructors are patient and will take the time to explain everything you need to know.
Being honest I’ve never had anyone actually go over all the buttons in the car and car maintenance etc… Great for first time drivers.
I took my road test 4times and failed with the other schools I went to and I took my road test for the 5^th time today and was so discouraged thinking I’d never pass.
I just remembered what my instructors taught me and everything was a success.
Go see JOSEPH B or Stella they are the absolute best teachers ever.
I’d give them a hundred stars if I could they are that good. Seriously for them to be able to help me, there is a chance for everyone.

What a fantastic experience! I finally got my license September 3^rd. I am a 38 year old who has be renewing my permit for 20 YEARS! When the time came for a road test I was always way too nervous (terrified?) to go through with it. This time EVERYTHING was different.
First, Colon is amazing. He made the five hour class fly by and he really taught us strategies and safety procedures. I once went to a 5 hour class where they spent 5 hours discussing how you shouldn’t drink or do drugs if you are going to drive and showing horrifying movies about it. It was legitimately traumatized by it and didn’t even think about driving for another 13 years. Fuzion managed to undo that. Imagine? Colon was fantastic, and funny and smart. Perfect.
My instructor is Jesse. The world would be a better place if more people had the patience of this man. He is kind, caring and professional as well as good company. You can’t ask for any more than that. I wish I could have given it six stars.
