Walking to the base is fine to get a taxi, if you call them from your spot sometimes, they are too busy and is difficult to get a taxi. Most of the drivers are fine, except for one driver that was really bad. I use them frequently. This base has merged with Topacio Car Service. I just don’t understand why they are short of drivers sometimes.

AVOID THESE GUYS
These guys are useless. They talk to you like you are an idiot on the phone and can‘t provide a reliable service.
I called and specifically requested a larger vehicle. They send a normal hatchback with a driver that basically couldn‘t speak English. He called the company and said they are sending a larger vehicle. 25 minutes passed, no sign of a vehicle. Called again and they said they had no other vehicles. Great, thanks. Once again, talked to me like I was being a pain in the ass for asking simple questions and were useless.

Wow this company didn’t get a fair shake. 2 star reviews because they are don’t serve your area? PLEASE! Give them a chance, they’ve been very friendly so far, well update after a few more rides.
