Very poor quality of their GOLD. I ordered earrings for my baby. Online pictures were great, the stone was big. But the stones are really small, tiny. It says Swarovski but it’s not. And the gold is getting darker and darker. Seems like it’s not gold. Gold doesn’t usually get dark.

We have been contacted by Alena two days after the review was posted. We have been refunded $ 25 shipping cost and also offered 50% off our next purchase.
Customer service improved significantly in matter of days. Hope improvements will stay for long.
Would like to order from then again, but will call to make an over the phone order.
